Not sure if this is what you wanted, but nyeh ... oh gods I meant something like this: In the 1880's, four sherriffs (Bill Barnes, Eddie Hill, Mitch Murphy, and Sam Peters) in neighboring towns decided to put an end to the gun-toting gangs that were terrorizing their communities. They gathered together posses of men and each tracked down and captured their quarry. To which isolated ranch (Golden Oak, Lazy K, Pedro's, or Silver Steer) did each sherrif track a gang, how many men (29, 33, 38 or 42) were in his posse, and in which year (1882, 1884, 1885, or 1887) did the capture take place? Clues: The sherriff who led his men to Pedro's did so three years after a posse of 29 men led by Mitch Murphy had made their capture. There were more members of the posse that surrounded Golden Oak than in the group led by Bill Barnes, who made his capture two years before Eddie Hill.
