The only thing I can think of is if they mean for you to scrap your job for something else entirely--something that pays more. But, if you're happy with what you've got, then I see no reason to find something new/else, unless you and your whole family is desperate for it. I'm not sure what your financial situation is like, but considering I don't recall you commenting on it, I'm guessing it's fineQuitting for something higher paying would be something I would consider if I hadn't gone and lost the hospital job I had.
