Also DexNav in its broken glory. Yeah. EXP Share is basically Easy Mode. I haven't actually tried turning the EXP Share off (since I'm aiming for 100% Pokedex completion and need to evolve all the stuff that I'm not sending out to battle) but I heard it just reverts to Normal Mode when you do.
