SF says he isn't, but I'm watching MK404's LP and it seems there's someone named "Himmler" where Heimler is in SD. It's kinda a dumb question. Either SF did this wrong or the translation patch did (like, they thought 'Heimler is in FE11 here, so he should be in FE1 here', and accidentally put him in). I'm guessing the former. Yeah, I'd imagine, because he has a portrait. Given the quality of the translation patch(plus the lack of naming consistency with the NOA/E Translations), I find it hard to imagine they'd go through the trouble of giving him a portrait. And then the question will be, do the admins care enough to fix it? Reporting it is always a good thing to do. Even if FE1 and FE3 are so low on the priority list (I'd imagine) that it could take months to be fixed. Still waiting for FE1 class growths, promotion gains and arena data to be added.
