My dad believes in experience as teacher, he explains to me everything that goes with drinking alcohol, including the negatives, and then lets me try it and decide for myself. I've never actually gotten really drunk (or smoked for that matter) because I've been punched in by myself through my dads lessons not to. Hell, I'm drinking as I type this post. I don't think the law says anything about drinking. So drinking at home is legal at any age. That doesn't mean that I personally do it.
