Also, xcom outlines the situations such as how many hostiles are within range, whether or not you're flanking, and whether or not you're flanked. A lot of the important details are already in the screenshots, but overall strategy can be harder to tell for newer players if there's no commentary for the screen shots, which I'm too lazy to put.
