Drafting rules

This a draft for 4 players

You start off with a fresh save file, New game+ is not allowed.

Every Character other than Haruna and Takumi has to be drafted to be used without penalty, though there will be a lot of exceptions to this. The penalty for using an undrafted unit is 4 turns/unit/stage

Undrafted characters are not allowed to do anything, period.

There are exceptions to this and this comes into play with forced deployment. You are allowed the use of any and every force-deployed character in the game. In Addition, Shiki and Shirou may be used on Stage 29.

Acquiring a Mastery is worth a -1 Turn Bonus

Free characters: Takumi, Haruna, All Force-deployed characters.

Stage 1: 3/3 turns
Mastery: 1

Takumi and Haruna charge the enemy and makes short work of them. Good positionig means that most of the enemies ended up suiciding during enemy phases. Takumi went to attack the crow on turn 3 PP and scored a crit, instantly killing it (not that it was needed since it would have suicided on Haruna anyway on enemy phase if it lived) while Haruna mops up the last of the enemies during EP 3.

Upgrades:
Takumi - +2 Tough

Stage 2: 4/7 turns
Mastery: 2

Forward charge! Shiki abusing his focus to stay alive while Takumi just tanks. All the mooks died in turn 3 thanks to another crit of Takumi's (just means one more kill for him instead of for Shiki). The Raikiri was driven off on turn 4.

Upgrades:
Takumi - +2 HP

Stage 3: 5/12 turns
Mastery: 3

For some reason Takumi LOVES to crit in this stage what with him killing 3 enemies in single hits due to that. I came close to a 4-turn clear but didn't quite make it and only managed to drive off Nrsvnqr on turn 5 PP.

Stage 4: 7/19 turns
Mastery: 4

Satsuki got shooed off on turn 3 then I charged the rest. Caster's mooks didn't put up much of a fight and Takumi reaches Caster on turn 7 PP, dropping her on turn 7 EP.

Upgrades:
Takumi - +4 EN, +1 Weapons

Stage 5: 6/25 turns
Mastery: 5

Could have finished this 1 turn faster but then I'd miss the mastery poit whih would have made it moot. Instead I leveled Haruna quite a bit here. Takumi hit level 8, so did Haruna while Kohaku hit level 7.

Upgrades:
Haruna - SP Regen, +2 Weapons

Stage 6: 7/32 turns
Mastery: 6

Lots of enemies so clearing them took a while. Nrnsvqr went down on turn 6. Caster on turn 7.

Upgrades:
Takumi - Attack, +2 HP, +2 EN, +1 Tough
Haruna - +2 Quick

Stage 7: 4/36 turns
Mastery: 7

Ciel NEEDS to Crit-OHKO her first mook here to get the mastery. Good thing she has a good chance to do so. The rest was mainly cleanup.

Stage 1: 3/3 turns
Mastery: 1

I did mostly the same as kopf, though Takumi failed to critical so my gain went to waste. So I left haruna to counter kill the crow.

Stage 2: 5/8 turns
Mastery: 2

Nanaya kept walking out of jewel throwing range so I had to chip away at him with haruna instead.

Stage 3: 5/13 turns
Mastery: 3

Yay saber level. But her dodge and defences aren’t strong enough to kick any sort of ass at this point. I charged saber into the getters and attacked, healed her up and ended phase. One getter missed so she managed to survive, I killed the middle one so I accel charged saber into caster. Rin and Haruna mopped up the rest while Kohaku used concentrate to avioid getting killed by the remaining two getters.


Upgrades:
Saber- EN+3, Quick+2, Tough +2

Stage 4: 5/18 turns
Mastery: 4

I charged saber using accel at the boss (raikiri) while rin and haruna took care of the ranged enemies in the middle. Phantasmoon arrived but I ignored her and used rin to kill the one on the lamp and haruna to kill one extinguisher and had saber stand in the middle. Next phase Air combo unlocked so saber critted Nrvnsqr but I left raikiri alive so rin and haruna support killed him so Haruna levels up. Saber air combos Nrvnsqr and I win.

Upgrades:
Saber- HP +3

Stage 5: 5/23 turns
Mastery: 5

I just used my general strategy of having ranged enemies gang up on haruna and she slaughtered them all. Saber charges at raikiri, ignoring satsuki. When saber has enough morale I used air combo to kill the top crows and then used rin haruna support to finish raikiri. I used Shiki (force deployed) to whittle down satsuki’s health while rin and haruna killed everything else. I had takumi use gain on satsuki but that failed because he missed I healed him up and saber killed the last enemy and takumi counter killed satsuki. Akiha didn’t do much because I haven’t bought hit and away for her.

Stage 6: 7/30 turns
Mastery: 6

Lots of enemies so clearing them took a while. Nrnsvqr went down on turn 6. Caster on turn 7.

Nrnsvqr went down on turn 4 and caster on turn 7. I used gain for takumi and got double exp out of caster.

None

Stage 7: 4/34 turns
Mastery: 7

Lol none of the people on this level is mine to use so this is just a waste of time :/

I did what kopf did and Ciel critted the first enemy and the rest was easy.

Fate/Stay Night

Archer: Jack of all trades, damage shield (rho aias), all ranges. Mid join time. Overall rating: 8/10

Emiya Shirou: Tank, indomitable: takes only 10% damage if overall health <30%, only gets good after boost midgame. So he is useless earlygame so technically his jointime is mid join time. Overall rating: 8/10

Lancer: Speedy dodgetank, spammable gaebolg. Early join time. Overall rating: 9/10

Matou Sakura: Similar to shirou (useless early but gets a wtf boost), her attacks are stong and can inflict status effects. late join time, because early sakura is useless. 7/10

Rider: mid early join time, really only good for her 4 attack support 8/10

Saber: Focus on tanking as well as a little dodge, regens after boost, avalon is hacks. Base stats<Arc and Ryougi, earliest jointime. 10/10

Tohsaka Rin/Kaleido Ruby: early jointime, dodgy ranged unit, uses ammo, low attack. 7/10

Fate/Hollow Ataraxia

Avenger: shit. 0/10

Bazett Fraga McRemitz: Late jointime, fragarach counterattack is brilliant for bosses, def and eva are lacking but can be boosted.

Caren Ortensia: Good healer, has sp up and if you buy spregen she is your best healer, she cant heal en however. 8/10

Tsukihime

Aozaki Aoko: only there for the final stage, not really worth a place in a draft run. For THIS draft 4/10

Arcueid Brunestud/Phantasmoon/Eclipse: Hacks at lategame, but is only meh standard when she is cosplaying as a magical girl. Very early join time 10/10

Ciel: Jack of all trades with emphasis on dodge, diversity in attacks and has good range. Is a little fragile though and requires eva boosting. 8/10

Hisui: Worst healer, but can limit enemy movement (not worth that much)

*this is completely unrelated to the draft, but can someone tell me what the specs needed to run the game smoothly are?

Stage 1: 3/3 turns

Mastery: 1

Takumi and Haruka abused Strike and Focus respectively on every turn. They charged in and killed everything.

Stage 2: 4/7 turns

Mastery: 2

Takumi and Shiki abused Strike and Focus respectively on every turn. They charged in and killed everything. Except the white wolf that ran away after it took some damage.

Stage 3: 5/12 turns

Mastery: 3

Charged in and killed everyone. Except Nrvnqsr, who had to leave.

Stage 4: 7/19 turns

Mastery: 4

Akiha is awesome. Takumi solo'd Caster nicely at 2 range with Strike.

Stage 5: 4/23 turns

Mastery: 4

Missed the Mastery here. I doubt I'd have been able to beat the white wolf quickly enough anyway. I just rushed everyone and killed Satsuki asap.

Stage 6: 7/30 turns

Mastery: 5

So many enemies. I killed them quickly, though I didn't expect Nrvnqsr to leave so early. Caster was so fragile...

Stage 7: 4/34 turns

Mastery: 6

Phantasmoon and Ciel killed everyone.

Due to various circumstances, I'm unsure if I can keep playing this game anytime soon.

That Black-Getter-3 at the top is annoyingly durable.

Arc murdered everything while Len hid in a corner.

I found out that the final objective is to escape so I just made Rin run to the window.

Charged ahead. Tried to let most generics suicide through counterattacks while I focused on SHIKI.

Stage 13: 11/79 turns

Chrarged ahead and killed the enemies. Sent Saber + Akiha + Haruna for the right side, while Arc + Shiki + Takumi took care of the left. Rin had fun with the front enemies. After that, everyone kinda just ganged up on Nrvnqsr and destroyed him... twice.

Stage 14: 6/85 turns

Mastery: 11

Charged ahead, killed spiders. Lancer saved the day. Nothing special. Couldn't kill Shitsu.

Stage 15: 8/93 turns

Mastery: 12

Charged ahead, killed Rider. Abused Focus a lot.

Stage 16: 5/98 turns

Mastery: 13

Charged ahead, killed the white wolf and then Nanaya. Abused Focus a lot.

Stage 17: 6/104 turns

Mastery: 14

Charged, killed Rider. Abused Focus a lot.

Stage 18: 6/110 turns

Mastery: 15

Phantasmoon went straight for Archer. Len tried to attack some enemies but couldn't kill much. Len kept healing Phantasmoon and Satsuki.

Stage 21: 9/133 turns

Mastery: 18

Charged and killed stuff. Made use of Sakura's Attack Support a few times to help Akiha kill stuff. Shiki/Ciel/Lancer/Shirou were spamming Focus as usual. Turn 6, I had Saber, Takumi, Shiki, and Arcueid take down Archer utilizing Strike and Focus, while a few characters hit Satsuki. Turn 7, I finished off Satsuki with Ciel, Saber, Takumi, Lancer and Shiki (man, she is really durable) while Haruna, Shirou, Sakura, Hisui and Akiha took out Rider. The remaining two turns were dedicated to taking RoSHIaKI down. Haruna jumped from Lv 21 to Lv 25 when she finished him off O_O

Akiha abused Valor to murder stuff. Saber killed the stuff in the southeast while the enemies in the southwest got owned by her counterattacks. Hisui and Kohaku abused their dual attack against the enemies in the northeast, with help from Len. Akiha finished off the boss.

Stage 23: 6/143 turns

Mastery: 20

Shiki dodged during the first phase. After that, he kept spamming Focus while attacking Kouma. Sion confronted Akiha at her minimum range to avoid counterattacks. Satsuki kept getting hit by Shiki counters. Akiha fell pretty quickly, and then Shiki finished off Satsuki with Valor+Focus on turn 6 player phase, while Kouma died to a counter attack in the enemy phase.

Stage 24: 5/148 turns

I had to redo this chapter once I realized that Satsuki couldn't climb. Anyhow, Phantasmoon and Sion rushed to the top, killing any enemy that got in their way. Satsuki and Len slowly cleaned up the enemies in the lower floor. Phantasmoon and Sion both abused Valor to take out White Len and Nrvnqsr quickly.

Stage 26: 5/159 turns

Mastery: 23

Tohno used Accel to move to the enemies. Charge and kill. Tohno also abused Valor + Seventeen Dissection to take out the boss.

Stage 27: 5/164 turns

Mastery: 24

Rushed through, killing stuff on the way, until Archer got close. Shirou's main job was to kill enemies that blocked the path. Rider abused Valor twice to attack Archer, Hisui took care of Hit rates, Sakura sniped Archer for chip damage, and Akiha finished him off (with Valor + Strike) on turn 5. For the final section, I kept loading the save file until Shirou died on turn 5 enemy phase, which required both Archer and one generic enemy to succeed in hitting Shirou.

Stage 28: 5/169 turns

Mastery: 25

Deployed Akiha and Tohno, of course. Everybody charged ahead and abused Valor and stuff. Haruna did a great job of drawing attacks + countering. Turn 5 is when Shirou showed up and OHKO'd a poor ~6000 HP generic with Nine Lives. Rin and Rider abused Valor too, of course, allowing me to clear the map on that turn.

Stage 29: 3/172 turns

Mastery: 25

Two Tohnos and two Shikis, how many people in total? With only three people, I decided to forget the Mastery. I gave Ryougi some Move+ items and had her rush to Nanaya, killing stuff on the way. Akiha took out enemies blocking Ryougi's way. Tohno dodged with Focus and hit Nanaya hard with Valor Seventeen Dissection, finishing him off on the third turn with Ryougi support.

Stage 30: 6/178 turns

Charge and kill. Valor Schweinstein was unleashed twice.

Stage 31: 5/183 turns

I set up the equipment so that Archer and Takumi can charge and reach Illya quickly. They attacked stuff on the way too. Rin and Touko just whacked at generics for EXP and dodged everything. Turn 4, I had Takumi unleash Strike, Resist, and Valor to attack Illya while Archer fired a Valor!Caladbolg. Then they finished her off on turn 5 after Touko and Rin got some EXP. Nobody dared to touch Berserker, of course.

[spoiler=Update]Stage 32: 9/192 turns

I hate this stage. This was the first time I experienced very serious EN shortages, so Len had to keep reloading, which slowed things down a lot. The double defense thing with Sakura and the tank in front of her was really annoying, since I kept my ranged units preoccupied and sent Shiki/Shiki/Takumi to deal with the boss. Speaking of which, Shiki+Shiki dual attack is awesome.

Stage 33: 5/197

Mastery: 28

Charge and kill stuff. A lot of stuff died at Enemy Phase. All enemies except Illya and Berserker were eliminated before turn 5. Then everybody unleashed all of their skills (mainly Valor) and destroyed Berserker. Both Ryougi and Tohno unleashed a Valor Dual Strike~

Stage 34: 7/204

Mastery: 28

Gah, forced undrafted units only. Anyhow, charge in, dodge and kill stuff. Focus on turn 2 because Sella + Leysritt. Focus + Valor on turn 3 to finish off the maids. Most generics died from counter attacks. Second part was just running like hell, with Lancer and Archer acting as dodge bait so that Rider (who was out of SP) could escape.

Stage 35: 7/211

Sion, Akiha, and Eclipse headed left to take care of the enemies. Sion and Akiha had Jump boosts. The rest of the party (Takumi, Shiki, Shiki, Len, Saber, Kohaku) headed to the right. Takumi, Shiki, and Shiki did most of the killing while Saber, Kohaku, and Len weakened stuff. Turn 6 is when everybody went all out against Saber Alter. She didn't die though, so turn 7 was an EXP grind, with everybody using their weakest attacks on Saber, Shikis using Mercy, and Len finishing her off with double BP and double EXP, raising her from Lv 30 to 34.

Stage 36: 8/219

Mastery: 30

Charge and kill. Berserker was engaged in turn 5 with the usual Valor abuse, but his HP was too high, so he was killed in turn 6 instead. Charge and kill. Leysritt was killed first because Def Support. I planned to leave Sella alive, but Illya turned out to be more frail than I expected, allowing me to take them both out by the end of turn 8.

Stage 37: 5/224

Mastery: 30

Too many enemies. Decided to ditch the Mastery and speedkill Araya. Everyone just charged as fast as they could, with Tohno abusing Accel. On turn 4, Tohno + Haruna activated Soul to destroy the wall. Turn 5, the rest of the crew caught up and hammered Araya. For some reason, the Mercy skill doesn't affect him so Len couldn't get the EXP. Ryougi killed him instead, which is very fitting.

Stage 38: 4+2/228

Mastery: 30

Bazett abused Accel + Focus to rush to the exit. Avenger spammed the defense spirit to survive Berserker's attacks. For the second part, I used Accel + Valor to attack Leysritt, but the stage auto-ended at turn 2. These two turns don't get counted anyway, it seems.

Stage 39: 4/232

Mastery: 30

Again, I decided to ditch the Mastery and rush through the stage. Takumi, Shiki, Shiki, Akiha tried to cut through the center while Sion and Haruna sniped stuff from the left side. Len followed them too, and this resulted in White Len moving away from Berserker defense to attack Len on turn 3. On turn 4, Nanaya was killed by a Shiki Combo crit (ignores defense support), and Berserker was left alone. White Len was eliminated by Haruna + Sion + Haruna (Again) + Sion (Again) + Len (Focus + Bless). And yes, I gave Len the SpUp9 skill before the battle.

Stage 40: 3/235

Mastery: 31

Turn 1, get on top of the car, Valor + Fragarach. Turn 2, get down to lure Arcueid down, Fragarach again. Turn 3, Valor + Bazett Combination.

Stage 41: 3/238

Mastery: 31

Rush through to kill Arc asap. Valor/Soul/Love. Len and Sion both abused their Again.

All undrafted, so I ignored the Mastery. Lancer went all Valor + Strike and killed Bazett in two turns. For the second part, Ciel (Focus) baited Avenger to attack her, Takumi utilized Zeal to reach Avenger quickly, and Takumi + Haruna were able to finish off Avenger.

Stage 43: 5/247

Mastery: 32

Rushed through and killed stuff on the way. I could have killed Saber Alter in turn 4, but there were so few enemies left, that I figured it'd be better to kill stuff for EXP and let the Mastery compensate for the extra turn. Ryougi Shiki unleashed a Love-boosted Shiki Combo TWICE in the turn 4~

Stage 44: 4/251

Mastery: 33

Rushed through to kill stuff. Shirou killed some of the survivors from back there. Bazett turned out to be really frail, so I was able to afford killing all the other enemies first. Mercy didn't work on Bazett but she's quite fragile for a boss so Len was able to finish her off when she was below 1000 HP.

Stage 45: 7/258

Mastery: 34

This was a really fun battle. Haruna, Takumi, and Len moved through the right side while Sion, Shiki, Shiki, Shirou, Avenger moved through the left side. Haruna wiped out a lot of enemies by herself. Shikis headed straight to the bosses abusing Accel (Tohno) and RiderCard (Ryougi). On Turn 4, Ryougi was able to just barely reach Kiritsugu thanks to Archer Card and finish him off with Love!DualStrike Crit + (Again) Valor!DualStrike Crit + (Again) DualStrike Crit. With the central defense support gone, the remaining three bosses were easy to eliminate one by one once the rest of the team assembled.

Sent Saber in the middle of the first set of enemies in turn 1 and the second set of enemies in turn 2. Kohaku assisted in killing an enemy in turn 1. The last enemy died from a counter-attack. Stage auto-ended at turn 2.

Charge and kill. Haruna and Takumi stayed back a bit to pick off enemies. Shikis + Akiha + Sion charged to the boss and murdered her.

Stage 48: 6/271

Charge and kill. Berserker was eliminated on turn 4, almost all other enemies were purged on turn 5, and Gilgamesh was killed on turn 6. The undrafted forced characters (Archer, Touko, Arcueid, Saber) helped clean up survivors.

Stage 49: 4/275

Yeah, I'm clearly running short on units so I'll forget about the Mastery. Also, what's with this incoherent English rap background? Anyway, the two Shikis were on the left, while the rest (Takumi, Haruna, Sion, Akiha, Len) were on the right. The Shikis charged ahead and murdered Araya on turn 4 by utilizing the usual offensive spirits and abusing their combo attack (ignores def support) four times, with Len casting Again twice. As for the right side, Arc was killed on turn 3. On turn 4, Takumi ran a Zeal chain to negate Zepia's auto-alert and then to whack him with boosted Heaven Cleaves. Everyone else abused the offensive spirits and whacked Zepia too, utilizing Len/Sion's Again spirits as well.

--(Between Stages)-- I had so much FP, I decided to max out Ryougi's Attack to 400. Except for Len, everyone's weapons were already at 80% (I've been raising them from time to time) but I maxed Ryougi to 100% because of how amazing she is at boss-killing, especially when she needs to bypass Def Supports.

Stage 50: 5/280

Mastery: 38

Charge ahead asap, as usual. Takumi started with a Zeal. Tohno used Accel every turn. When they reached Arc, all characters except the Shikis abused their boss-killing spirits (Valor, Soul, etc) to bring Arc down on turn 3. The Shikis helped too, but without spirits. Turn 4 was more cleanup and positioning Tohno four squares from the boss. Turn 5, Ryougi got in to unleash a Love-boosted Dual Strike on the boss. She could have 2HKO'd the boss (with Again + Valor/Love), but I held back on the second Valor/Love to allow Tohno to KO the boss for EXP. Everybody else was busy getting as much EXP/BP as they could.

Stage 51: 4/284

Mastery: 38

Sion and Haruna headed west. They had an easy time with dodging and countering attacks. Haruna cleared most enemies quite nicely. The duo attacked the boss as early as turn 2. They still consumed two uses of Again in total, but SP Regen helped compensate for the turn 2 Again.

The Shikis headed north. Tohno got blocked early on, but Ryougi jumped from the side (Swift2) and killed the enemies in the way. Also broke the defender walls by countering. The red getter blocked the way and had to be dispatched on turn 3, allowing Tohno to climb to the second highest level. Turn 4, Ryougi went to the top and 2HKO'd with Love!DualStrike, requiring one use of Again.

Akiha and Takumi headed south. Takumi started the battle with a Zeal, as usual. Takumi had Rider Card and Akiha had Swift2 so they were able to jump down easily and skip the first two defense walls. The last one (protecting the boss) was annoying though, delaying the boss attack to turn 4. Even with Takumi abusing Zeal, I needed two uses of Again to take out the boss.

Len sat near the center, moving to the south part a bit at some point before returning. Len and Sion had enough SP for five uses of Again. Sion used an Again in turn 2, so the SP Regen helped her Valor+Strike more. There was not enough SP for Len/Haruna to activate Bless/Luck. Both Len and Sion carried three pieces of Shirou Home Cooking, but they did not consume any of them, thus preserving the no-consumable-items principle for the entire run.

[spoiler=Analysis]Well, this is my first BMW run, so I don't actually know how a non-draft run would be like. Still, though, I have observed that the earlier parts of the game were much more difficult than the later parts of the game. This is likely because the later parts would have more BP/FP accumulated as well as equipped items, allowing the few drafted units to get really strong. Furthermore, I deliberately avoided spending BP/FP on undrafted units, which could be a problem for the earlygame where undrafted units are expected to play major roles.

In any case, the draft only becomes relevant for the second half of the game. I didn't really have much problems for those stages, so I would expect that any normal draft team would be able to handle it reasonably as well. With how different and unique each of the characters are, I think having a draft of this game was an excellent idea. I would look forward to future drafts of BMW.

The current set of rules seem to have worked fine for this draft, though I should point out that Avenger is a forced unit in both his stages. In other words, it's meaningless to draft him. I've been informed that Aoko is in the same boat. Avenger and Aoko should be removed from the draft pool and I would suggest that the remaining two characters that remain undrafted after the final complete round (Mech-Hisui and Natsuki, in this case) should either be free for all or undrafted for all.

Aside from that, the draft set-up looks very solid and resulted in a very enjoyable run. Thanks, Wen Yang/Akki/[whoever's idea this was]!

[spoiler=Characters]From best to worst:

1. Ryougi Shiki - Even before I maximized her attack (before Stage 50) and trained her to the same extent as the other characters, she was still awesome. She critted everything and dodged a lot. Her Hit issues were negated by SP Regen, which made Strike free. Once she got Kanesada, she was great at countering enemies with Kanesada, though monsters tend to prefer Tohno Shiki or Haruna. But easily the best part about Ryougi Shiki is that her DualStrike with Tohno Shiki is really amazing, hitting harder than Tohno and having access to Love as well. Bosses that rely on Def Support become complete jokes when the Shikis are together.

2. Mochizuki Haruna - Her raw power may not be spectacular, but she has this special trait of attracting generic enemies, dodging their attacks, and hitting them back hard. High quantity of enemies normally isn't much of an issue, since she's very good at exterminating mass generics. She has better availability than Ryougi too, though she only becomes super amazing after she gets the upgrade.

3. Tohno Shiki - Well, he's kinda necessary for Ryougi's Dual Strike so that's something. But besides that, he's almost as good as Haruna at attracting enemies. Unfortunately, his range isn't quite as good and he needs Focus to act as an evade bot. Still, though, he's very useful as an evade counter throughout the entire game, even before Haruna upgrades and Ryouji joins. Vital for earlygame.

4. Atsuta Takumi - Amazing in the second half, where his Divine Shield makes him very durable (especially with Berserker Card) and he hits really hard. And he can abuse Zeal at lategame. However, for the first half, while he's still good at taking and dishing out damage, he often requires a lot of healing. And he misses a lot too, but at least he has Strike. For the first half of the game, evade bots are better at defense while ranged attackers have safer offense, so Takumi remains kinda lame before his upgrade.

5. Tohno Akiha - Hits hard, blocks damage from almost all generic enemies. She can't tank powerful enemies (i.e. bosses) though and suffers from Hit issues, so she generally needs to consume a lot of SP just to attack a boss. Positioning her after her attack is also generally the most annoying part of every turn in battles where she is deployed.

6. Len - She's my only drafted healer, so she was very important for my party. For most of the game, she wasn't especially useful, because Tohni Shiki and Haruna handled the enemy attacks with their great evasion, while Akiha outright negated most hits, rendering healing as being unnecessary. Her debuffs would theoretically be great for bosses but she rarely gets to reach them. Her Again spirit is very awesome, however, especially with default SP Regen and Concentrate.

7. Sion - Decent unit, added extra offense while she was around. She wasn't particularly noteworthy as a fighter though, being outclassed by Haruna/Shikis as an evade counter, and Takumi/Akiha for taking hits. She does get an expensive Again pretty late, which is really useful.

[spoiler=Toughest Stages]The three toughest stages for me were:

1. Stage 32 (Dark Sakura) - A typical stage with lots of enemies, but it ended up being really annoying once I found myself suffering from EN issues for the first time in the game. It's the first stage where you're expected to unleash strong attacks for a long period of time. Also, Sakura was in the center of three Def Supporters, which made her really annoying to deal with. Even the Shiki DualStrike didn't help without eliminating one of the supporters first.

2. Stage 13 (final Nrvnqsr) - Two sides, so parties would have to be split, and it takes a while to clear out all the enemies. And then after you unleash all your best attacks on Nrvnqsr... he ends up reviving with like, double his original max health. I had to restart because of this >_>

3. Stage 12 (Saber in the mansion) - Dunno, I had a pretty hard time keeping the characters alive, especially Saber before Takumi and Tohno Shiki arrive. Maybe it's because I was being too conservative about the maids' SP, since I wanted to save them for the bosses, which ended up retreating, bleh.
