If you look closely at the videos, the two screens are right next to each other unlike the actual 3DS hardware. While you can claim a 3DS with capture card can show off the footages that's not exactly possible. The most possible explanation is that it's from ESRB themselves. The footages are essentially videos that were sent to the ESRB for ratings because they don't receive the games themselves, they receive footages from developers themselves. They won't ever get the games because 1 playing it would take forever, 2 games can still be buggy 60 to 90 days before release and 3 the footages sent are basically the most graphical or violent or suggestive themes that are possible. That's not what I was claiming at all. I was saying you could mod Brawl, record footage from that to a PC, do whatever modification you need to the video, then play said video on the 3DS. Although it seems that's not even true as it looks like the 3DS doesn't have video playing capabilities. So I was wrong either way. ^ So this is why the name is ESRB0083? Rehab Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 I assume there's a dedicated enough group of Brawl modders/hackers out there to do such a thing, but I wonder how many full-on, not-clone, unique-playstyle characters they've produced, and how any might compare to Shulk and the koopa clown car.
