I've considered a new controller ever since mine decided to die on me. Also, I use a laptop, so a new keyboard is a nope.

He hasn't appeared in games(not counting Touhoumon) so yeah.

Yeah, getting a controller works, if you're already used to using one.

You could always get a usb keyboard, if you want to go that route.

Ten Desires in Touhoumon?

Afaik there's two hacks that have them.

One of them is one of the Touhoumon Emerald hacks (if you google search "Touhoumon Emerald" it should literally be the first result)

And the other is Touhou Puppet Play Enhanced.

The problem with PPE is that you won't be able to get the Ten Desires characters until AFTER the Elite Four, way near the end of the story (PPE has Johto in it too) and they're relatively hidden as well.

Touhoumon Emerald has them in the main story, although some are. slightly rare.

More than that. All types are new, and everything is, for the most part, rebalanced. I think she is.

I use a laptop btw. But uh, I bought a new keyboard for TD!Youmu, only to later find that TD!Youmu doesn't actually have a problem with my laptop keyboard. SA!Patchy did, though, and I'm pretty sure 1ccing SA with my laptop keyboard would've been impossible.

This is probably true, due to psychological reasons. Before you die, you become more nervous and are heavily concentrating on capturing the spell. Once you die, and you lose your perfect clear, your mind becomes much more relaxed and you know it's impossible to achieve your goal this run, leading to better performances.

My laptop's keyboard is dumb that my down key doesn't work, not to mention I can't go diagonally while pressing certain keys.

That means your keyboard is unable to accept many multiple inputs at once. At most probably 3. It's built into the system, I think.

It's an inherent limitation of your current keyboard, yeah. Only way to fix it is to buy a new keyboard or gamepad.

edit: I don't know if there's anything more demoralizing than a run being ruined by a little slip-up on the same card thrice
