Byakuren herself is pretty straightforward aside from a couple of tough spells.

Just Maelstorm, really. Fantastica can also get pretty intense near the ending, but it's still straightforward.

Kanako tho

Note: Kanako's last two spells are much tougher on Easy than on Normal. I'll admit that Onbashira and Hunting Ritual are somewhat tough to capture by Stage 6 standards, but eh, this is bomb spam edition.

If I had to rank the final bosses by difficulty, it would go:

Eiki > Okuu > Shinmyoumaru > Yuyuko > Kanako > Byakuren > Eirin > Kaguya > Remilia > Miko

Aside from Eiki and Okuu though, the bosses that I ranked as tougher happen to be in games that provide you with a lot of resources or a game mechanic with a similar effect (borders, bombpower system), so everything kinda gets balanced out, which is cool. Except for Eiki and Okuu, those two are just evil.
