Yuyuko's lasers are from one of the easiest Stage 6 spells in Touhou history imo. At least put Mima as an option.

Seriously, if it wasn't for Mima's annoying lasers, I probably, PROBABLY, might have been able to 1cc HRtP Hell route.

I can No Miss Clear Rosenkreuz Stilette (heck, on a good day I can even do it without Cross Tanks).

And yet I can hardly even 1cc a few certain single stages in Megamari lol.

If just the enemies dropped a bit more health...

I never actually tried MegaMari, actually. But well, I can't even beat the final boss in Mega Man VII, so I'm not ready to try a Touhou version of Mega Man

If you like Megaman games regardless, give Rosenkreuz Stilette a try. It's not a Touhou game, but people who like Touhou characters should for the most part also like Rosenkreuzstilette's characters.

And most importantly, it's a really well-designed love-letter to gaming with fair difficulty! Some of the bosses are really hard to buster-duel (abuse those weaknesses, yo), but aside from that it's not much harder than your average Megaman game - that is, challenging, but fun. ^^
