playable reisen, the soundtrack, the way shit buildups in the latter stages was so damn nice and all that graze goddess

Agreed. The stages actually feel like stages, only ever seen in UFO before this. Music isn't really a thing to me on this one. SA is still better in that department.

Grazing is fun, the patterns (except final boss from what i've seen) are fun. It's great.

this game's lives mechanic is really cool since it's less stupid than DDC's while still being abusable. it will also probably get me killed at least one time before stage 4 on my full run
