Well, if Reclass returns, than I think characters should only be able to go Third Tier with a certain very rare, borderline singular Item that only pertains to a certain Second Tier Class, and only in their base class line (barring Kamui/MU, cause customization), so for example, Sully could go 3rd Tier Paladin or GK, but not Swordmaster or WL. The biggest problem is that there would be SO MANY new classes!
