Localisation differences

The one thing I've noticed is that in NA, they call the Duck Hunt characters simply "Duck Hunt" while in the EU version, they're called "Duck Hunt Duo." Why, I have no idea.

I don't know what they are named on the NA 3DS version, but they're also named "Duck Hunt Duo" on EU 3DS version.

Anyone noticed other differences/changes?

"Both the male and female Wii Fit Trainers have British voice actors in UK releases of the game, likely to fit in with the way the Wii Fit games were localized. Other European countries also adapt this change, although obviously with their own respective languages."

There I was thinking that the NA release would have had their Wii Fit Trainers with a British accent. What do they sound like in NA?

The titles for the characters in the Punch-Out!! stage differ between PAL and NTSC, for example Duck Hunt in NTSC has "Bark, Quack, Boom," while PAL has "The most unlikely of partnerships," or something like that
