sirmola
This is probably the best way to go about limiting grinding, and keeping story presence, with a world map still around. I want to keep a world map, but it needs to be adjusted so the story isn't taken away or detracted from due to being able to yell "TIMEOUT" and then grind exp on the otherside of the map when the characters are currently in the middle of chasing/being chased between two chapters of the story. I like the easy nature of shopping and grinding, but it needs to be handled better for sure. I perfered how sacred stones did it. Namely, if two chapters had no space between them according to the story, then they were connected together directly, and finishing one sent you right into the next one's preparations menu. Although limiting time has some advantages, it can also screw you aout of sidequests. (it also worsens ballence issues i any game that requires grinding, altough fire emblem games never have this issue, as they are curved for main story experience being enough. I can think of at least one game (devil surviver), that has a timer on almost everything except grinding. And you WILL need to grind in that game z9even with grinding, i found the dificulty to be around that of awakening lunatic nogrind). That game is notable for having surprisingly similar mechanics to Fire emblem.
Book of Ereshkigal
Isn't capturing enemies in FE5? Not sure as I have no experience with the game. It would be interesting to bring it back. The thing about capture is FE5 really revolves around it, in FE5 you need to capture because there are far fewer avenues to get weapons and items due to limited money. Alex95
I wanna see enemies pair up as well. That'll make battles a bit more interesting and have us see what the enemies have to deal with every time they fought us in Awakening. Looks like I hit the mark on this. Two of the pictures shown here (http://serenesforest.net/fire-emblem-if/pre-release-media/) show enemies pairing up as well.
