And there's no reason for it to, not only was that portion of said game very unpopular, but I can't see any way FE could have a similar requirement. Sentacotus Posted April 13, 2015 Share Posted April 13, 2015 Nintendo and IS have not said anything about FEif being a n3DS exclusive and when they announced the two versions for the Japanese release it was announced to be a 3DS release so you are fine. Only thing I can imagine is that the game might have Amiibo support and you'd need to buy the Amiibo adapter for the regular 3DS to use them. Since it runs on Awakening's engine, it probably won't be significantly worse just inferior. Maybe some graphic downgrades and the required Amiibo adapter.
