Been curious about the VN, but I have no means of doing so, cuz I don't have Windows and the PS2 one has no translation. The art is beautiful (especially in the Realta Nua addon packs), but Nasu can't write sex scenes. I've seen erotic short stories in porn forums that are better. Not to say some of them didn't move me, as Sakura's endless self-victimization can be touching, but his metaphors for sexual pleasure are horrible. The stories themselves are pretty good, though. They're written "that way", because it's a VN, but they're involving. When I read Tsukihime I was addicted to it and read non-stop from when I arrived home from work until bedtime. FSN's art is better, much better. The story is dark and fucked up, although quite convoluted, and if you manage to reach the Bad Ends, especially the grand finale (last one in HF), you'll cry and have nightmares for weeks. I also think you wasted money since I remember there being a full playthrough of FSN on YouTube. Well, maybe not since I believe the videos use the censored version, so if you want teh secks you'll need the real thing (or a torrent of the real thing). I'm not partial to any of the lead females, unlike in Tsukihime where I prefer Arcueid and Hisui, but they're all interesting characters. They're in Japanese but they really add depth to the story. The seiyuus in FSN are awesome. ^^ Voices are from Realta Nua patch, so erotic scenes, unfortunately (as I would've loved to hear the girls squeal in pleasure), aren't voiced.
