I also wanted to change Navarre and Raddy back into Mercenaries, but I don't think I can do that either. :( Anyway, I was kind of skeptical when I first heard about class change, but now I'm looking forward to it. It seems like it would add a little more depth to the game, although I do have a hard time imagining someone like Navarre becoming a priest or old man Riff becoming a swordfighter. The amount of one class that you can have is: 1 + the number of characters with the same class that you could have recruited up to that point (including characters from sidequest chapters or alternate characters, but not including the faceless replacements). For example, by the end of the game you should be able to have a maximum of 7 Knights or Generals (from: 1 + Doga + Roger + Tomth + Mishelan + Horus + Lawrence). Rakath Posted October 1, 2008 Share Posted October 1, 2008 (edited) Now that I've played the game (Normal, mind you, I wanted Freyr and Norn), here's what I can say about Swaps: Peg Knights: They all make EXCELENT Myrms. Sheeda and Katua will probably level up twice and cap Speed (basically), Sheeda's speed capped when she became a Myrm). Navarre: He's a lower level God in anything, but I can safely say he's a Greater God of arrows. Gordon: makes a terrible Cavalier. Wolf and Zagaro: Do well with anythiing.
