Episode Fifty Four: BONE DENSITY!

With four gym leaders down, the density of my bone has certainly increased. Now it's time for me to head on up to Celadon, and finally get that Earthquake TM so that Eardwulf won't be so hopeless.

After going through all those long routes before Fuchsia, it's nice for gym battles to be coming in fast now. This time, it's the grass using Erika. I've got plenty of poison and fire on my side, so I'm not too worried.

Episode Fifty Six: Doll Hunting

With Erika beaten, I can now move on to Saffron City without delay. However, before I take on Sabrina, I've got to take care of a couple things, and obtain some nice items. I'm taking Studmuffin because of his STAB Bug Buzz, which should hopefully be good in the gym.

After dealing with everything in Saffron, it's time to battle Sabrina. I've got some nagging worries that this is going to be trickier than previous Kanto gyms. I remember that level 50 Alakazam from Pokemon Yellow, but now she's carrying a full team of six.

With the loss of Typhoon, my supply of water type Pokemon is at dangerous risk of going down to only ample. While heading for the Seafoam Islands however, I'll have many chances to fix that problem.

Blaine is the last of the type themed gym leader before Blue. I have no doubt he'll be rocking a sun team, so I've brought my Drizzle Politoed with me to sort him out proper. Sadly, I don't have much to fight fire types outside him and Xian.
