I forget which thread I saw this information on, but apparently if you reclass and are a higher level then when you get that class' skills, you get one of its skills per level up. Gunter on the other hand would by numbers only have gained 9 speed in 180 levels If he stuck to great knight so yah no capping that naturally,however if he changed to brave hero or bow knight he would get a 15 speed growth, which might be possible to cap speed on the right class.
