L'Arachel: Righteous Defense - When fighting monsters, avoid +30

Innes: Arrogance - When at full HP, damage dealt +3 and damage received -3

Natasha: Benevolence - When healing a unit, if that unit has less than 50% HP, they heal 4 extra HP

Gerik: Pathfinder - Ignores enemy terrain bonuses (except for thrones and gates)

Shinon: Rude Marksman, units within 3 tiles of Shinon have -10 critical evade and -10 critical hit.

Oscar: Eldest Brother, when within 3 tiles of Boyd and Rolf, both units receive an immunity to non-wrath critical hits.

Gatrie: Shining Armor, +2 defense if a female unit is adjacent, +2 more if a unit Gatrie has a support with is adjacent. The components do not stack with themselves, but both can be met for +4 defense

Boyd: Boastful, +1 attack +5 hit if Ike, Oscar or Rolf are on the map. Stacks.

Titania: Loved and Lost, +2 speed when wielding an axe (appears only after Greil dies)

Kieran: Enthusiastic Knight, for each Cavalier/Paladin/Great Knight on the field, receive +2% to critical hit and skill activation rate

Rhys: Sickly Priest, Rhys is not affected by statuses

Devdan: Fight Like 10 Men, all stats multiplied by 10.

Danved: Not Devdan, all stats multiplied by 1.

Nolan: Leadership, +15 hit and avoid to adjacent allies.

Leonardo: Noble Marksman, +5 skill when at full health.

Edward: Chipper, negative biorhythm effects halved, positive biorhythm effects doubled.

Meg: Unrequited Love, When within 3 tiles of Zihark, Zihark gains an immunity to critical hits of all kinds, and Meg gains +1 attack and +1 defense for each tile closer she is (+1 when 3 tiles away, +2 when 2 tiles away, +3 when adjacent)

Vaike: Competitive, dual strike chance +10 or Low Tenure, for each empty weapon slot receive +1 attack and +2 luck.

Stahl: Average, if Stahl has the highest in any stat of all adjacent/paired units, they will receive a +2 boost to that stat.

Henry: Raven Child, a command skill which lets Henry move +2 tiles farther than normal in a swarm of crows, ignoring all terrain, in exchange for his ability to attack that turn or Blood Lover, +20 crit if a critical hit would kill the enemy.

Tanith: Flight Leader, allied flying units in a 3 tile radius get +10 critical and +3 damage.

Mia: Destined Battle, When fighting enemies equipped with a sword, +4 damage

Pelleas: Naive Prince, +10 critical when adjacent to an allied unit but -10 critical avoid when adjacent to an enemy.

Lekain: Divine Appointment, damage received -10

Cordelia: Dedication, triple weapon experience after consecutive use of a weapon.

Robin: Prime Tactics, allies with a two tile radius get +10 hit and +10 avoid

Gregor: Battle Experience, attacks from adjacent enemies do -3 damage.

I'll give it a go...

Sully: Woman's Power; +3 Atk when fighting a male unit.

Joshua: Gamble; %Luck of gaining or losing +1/3 Skl or -1/3 Skl for one turn.

Morgan: Like Mother/Father like Son/Daughter: If Morgan is in the same class as Robin, +2 Atk, +3 Skl.

Lute: Natural Superiority: When next to another magic using unit, +5 Skl

Miriel: Prior Knowledge: +2 Attack when fighting an enemy of the same class as an enemy she has already defeated in the same chapter.

Ephraim: Reckless; Skill% chance for +4 attack in exchange for -3 Def while fighting.

Joshua: Coin Flip/Gamble/Better Name, When activated, 50% chance to double Crit, 50% chance to negate it.

This seems fun. I'll give it a try.

Skrimir: Pride - Strength +3 and Hit +10 when in Laguz form. Defense and Resistance -3 and Avoid -10 when not.

Ilyana: Hunger - Doubles the effect of consumable items, but doubles the amount consumed. Elixirs and temporary stat-boosting items do not double their effects. Halve the effects of items at 1 usage (including Elixirs).

Volke: Contract Killer - Command Skill that raises Lethality activation by 10%, but lowers Defense and Resistance by 5 until the next turn. Not usable on enemy bosses.

Mia: Challenger - This unit has a higher chance of being attacked by enemies at a higher level.

Reyson: Resolution - If this unit uses galdrar in enemy range, the revitalized unit has Movement +1 and Skill +4.

Naesala: Heron Protector - Grants Avoid +20 to all Herons within 3 tiles of this unit.

Heather: Lesbian Joy - All female units within a 3-tile radius of this unit have Hit +10 and Avoid +10. All male units within a 3-tile radius of this unit have Critical Avoid -10 and Luck -2.

Ewan: Teacher's Assistance - Speed +2 and Hit +10 if Saleh is within 3 tiles of this unit.

Knoll: Dark Matter - Resistance +5 against any Dark Magic wielder. Immune to status effects of staves used by Druids.

Owain: Owain Dark - Critical +10 if this unit is at a weapon triangle disadvantage. Attack +2 when being attacked by a tome.

Severa: Tsundere Rage Ravager - Command Skill that activates an AoE attack of 3 tiles and a set 10 damage. Can only be used when under half HP.

Robin: Tactician's Eye - Command Skill that gives all units within a 3-tile radius and equipped with a weapon that can deal bonus damage to at least one enemy on the map Hit +30 and Speed +4. Effective only if the unit deals the bonus damage immediately afterward. Nullifies the effect if the unit equips a different weapon or does not deal the bonus damage.

[spoiler=Enemy Skills]Morva: Gatekeeper - Critical +10 and Critical Avoid +20 when being attacked by a weapon that deals bonus damage, including Dragonstone.

Lyon: Stone Heart - Negates all criticals. Hit +10 when facing Ephraim, Avoid +10 when facing Eirika.

Ashnard: Feral Bindings - Halves all damage done by Dragons. Speed -3 when facing a Dragon.

Numida: Cowardice - Avoid +20 when under half HP.

Izuka: Feral Potion - Command Skill that turns one player-controlled Laguz unit within 3 tiles into a Feral One. The Feral One remains in that state until Izuka is defeated or a Heron chooses the Wait Command when adjacent to it. The Feral One will not use any items in the inventory and will attack the first unit to kill another Feral One. Killing this Feral One results in the death of the Laguz unit it previously was.

Obviously not all of these are serious (see Heather) and the names aren't that good.

Erk: Bookworm- Magic +3, Def -1.

Florina: Wallflower- When fighting male units, Avo +20, Hit -20.

Soren: Windsole- +5 Avo and +5 Hit for each wind Tome in the users inventory.

Tormod: Celerity (Duh)

Calil: Pyromancy- Damage +4 when using a Fire tome; Damage -2 when using a Thunder or Wind tome.
