Espinosa
The Vengeance bonus should be only half as big?
Baldrick
It should be 46 not 60, Vengeance only adds half of the damage. Regardless I want Henry to Brave Axe Chrom in the face instead.
General Horace
It still too early. Action to come.
Espinosa
Apparently Henry would've gone down assuming there was a Vengeance proc on the last turn...
Baldrick
Barring a wack RN, Chrom dies, Henry heals with Lifetaker.

Baldrick
Apparently Henry would've gone down assuming there was a Vengeance proc on the last turn... If I have worked out your Robin's skillset, it won't make a difference either way.

AnonymousSpeed
Best way to determine a win really, a 50-50 potshot.
Espinosa
Haha, oh man. Stupid Pavise is too unreliable. Epic game/would play again.
General Horace
should have used miracle instead That one non vengeance proc ruined you. Shows the skill isn't perfect I guess! And a few misses. Edited July 28, 2015 by General Horace
Nintales
What a tough battle. Guess I'll have to ready my team for Baldrick then. Save me I'm scared
AnonymousSpeed
You'll be fine Ninny, you'll be fine. Just remember to have as many 50-50 shots as possible.
Espinosa
I wonder how things would've unfolded if Cordelia hadn't whiffed Gangrel, activated Galeforce and could then snipe somebody else again. That was the point where I lost all my earlygame advantage (when my proc-ridden team dealt with Baldrick's no-proc units) and the match turned 180 degrees, where I quickly switched to defending and being cautious for the rest of the game. Also, Brick Lad counters! 35 damage, 100% hit, 0% crit (54) (87) Just what do these signify? Sol and Luna?
General Horace
Sol/Vengeance.
Espinosa
Ah right, Vengeance is the one that won't activate on a 87. Now I'm surprised it's not Luna/Vengeance.
Baldrick
gg, Espinosa. You were stronger and better prepared than I was. In all honesty, you deserved to win. My team was built around trying to turn the RNG in my favour. I thought it would eliminate the need for luck, but it left my team underpowered and requiring my opponent get unlucky to win. If you think Cordelia should have finished Gangrel, I'll gladly go into the losers' bracket. Edited July 28, 2015 by Baldrick
Espinosa
I had the opposite understanding of the procedure for most of the match. It felt like I was always the last in the mindgame aspect of the match, and I had to stop to think what you might be thinking so I wouldn't get crushed. Quite impressive with the first match in the meta (though granted, I haven't exactly played that much myself, contrary to what some may assume). Baldrick
My first three moves were pretty terrible, I wasted my chance to cripple Chrom with the units designed for it. Then I gave you a chance to eliminate the only unit that could reasonably fight Priam (I had no Bowbreaker). I'm kind of annoyed about this dumb luck, mostly because I know it sucks to be on the receiving end.
