Just have a character where it is literally impossible to see her face. Every class outfit is a burqa. Ninian and Aqua (oh, irony) are the only exceptions, and I don't believe either had to dance for money at any point, so their outfits make sense given their character. The designs are still really bad because they look like the women are too stupid to dress themselves properly. Like, who the fuck would remember to put on leg guards but not actual pants? Wtf?
