Chrono Trigger was my first RPG ever and to this day is my favorite game of all time. Share some memories! I still replay Trigger every now and again, although I'm also one of the few people who also likes Cross so I saw Chrono Cross at my local GameXChange a few years ago right after replaying Chrono Trigger for cheap and picked it up. Haven't played it at all. Its a fun game, works very differently then Trigger which is one of the reasons people who love Trigger seem to just loathe it. I'm sure it can't be that bad. I did try it out a bit (by that I mean the first 30 minutes of it) and can already say I just really don't care for the battle system. I actually like the battle system, but I can see how it would turn some people off, I find the % and actions allowed per turn system interesting personally. It's interesting, but in my opinion, that doesn't mean it works well. It was just clunky and pointless to me.
