I'm just curious, considering something for a future project, and it's not that high on my priority list. I'm talking about like, the same exact way say, Ross works when it comes to leveling to level 10. Though i expect it to be more complicated as how do you tie a class with a specific Tier rank? And shouldn't there be an event tied to the character when the unit is about to promote? Finally, will the trainee lose weapon rank upon promotion? As far as i know, Ewan's "Shaman" promotion is specifically hardcoded for losing the anima tree.
