Tana critikilled the Ranger with a Javelin kek so I didn't need to Energy Ring her in a subsequent one to kill them after attacking with Knoll's phantom. Tethys sent Ewan up to the boss and spared me an EP finish with a Thunder critikill, thankfully. Joshua stayed at the starting point with Neimi to deal with the stragglers nearby as well as the reinforcements. Kyle returned, he headed to the village and exchanged promotional items with Tana for promotions. Tana and Kyle doubled back to the south and aided Forde (who I mainly pushed with using Tethys). Rennac poached the Swiftsoles, Killer Bow, and Wyrmslayer. Would've gotten the Body Ring with a brief rescue boost but I didn't realise it was a possibility and now I would restart but Knoll shaved off a turn with a Luna crit on Valter during EP. Knoll's 8-movement got him to the throne really fast, but the man is quite frail so I had to keep him around until some more of my faster units showed up. Tana rescues Knoll and moves as far north as Tethys can reach: she dances Tana, and Tana drops Knoll across the gap as far as she can. Turn 2: Tana attacks the Wight in front of Lyon with Vidofnir to make way, boss is 1RKO'd because Knoll got a critikill, very nice. Part 2: Myrrh joins her dad courtesy of Tethys' dancing and Horace's strategy (although if she had literally one more point of defence or health she would've lived), then Ewan runs up and Excaliburs the Demon King while also sustaining his own life with a dodge, then Knoll Sieglindes him (doubling), and Kyle finishes the job with the Siegmund. [spoiler=Unit Analysis] B: 145 --- W: 112 --- L: 0 Early on, he sucked. Past that he just got better and better until near the end where he couldn't get much better in most regards. Physical defence was still disgusting later on but his offence became excellent with that speed and strength. B: 34 --- W: 17 --- L: 0 He was okay in his earlier two appearances, but past that he was pretty mediocre because he got no speed when he returned in the desert, bar the two promotions. Made a few kills that contributed to shaving off a few turns, I'll give him that. B: 157 --- W: 141 --- L: 0 Was good when I got him and became an absolute beast until he capped, then he was fairly useful until he promoted and was once again a beast all the way until the end, albeit less so because Knoll didn't suck as much and there were other good units later on. His heals were also nice, despite their limitations. Definitely the MVP of this. B: 122 --- W: 82 --- L: 0 Shaky beginnings, but mid-game she was an excellent asset and late-game she shaved turns like it was Mystery of the Emblem again. Not quite MVP, but second-best. B: 98 --- W: 50 --- L: 0 He was mediocre when I got him, average mid-game and pretty good late-game. Especially helpful in the desert chapter and sometimes when I needed a fast mount, but no significant contributions otherwise. B: 62 --- W: 43 --- L: 0 He was unhelpful at first then became fairly good mid-game but lost relevance as the late-game became really fast. Decent pick, I'd say. B: 52 --- W: 42 --- L: 0 Opened many doors but really should've gotten some investment into staves for warping later on, that really dented my turn counts later. Frailer than Knoll, but very solid otherwise with Slayer (sometimes) and the staff utility he did have. B: 19 --- W: 12 --- L: 0 Greatest use was in her joining chapter as an allied unit, mostly used for the odd trade or rescuing otherwise. Definitely the least useful of my units, maybe regretting picking her. B: 14 --- W: 0 --- L: 0 dancer/10 B: 27 --- W: 14 --- L: 1 Had her feed on random mooks generally until the Final II because she suffered from the same issue Joshua did, where she went kamikaze (barely necessary) so I could one-turn teh Demon King, rip.
