dimbenes1 Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 Okay, so it's entirely possible this is just skewed perception on my part, but after playing several years of fire emblem I feel like you're significantly more likely to get a critical hit with a low chance than land a hit with a low chance. Example: I feel like I've seen WAY more criticals with a 30% chance of activation happen than attacks with a 30% chance of hitting land. Is there any validity to this? This is why there's a big difference between what people (should) mean when they say Hit% and Listed Hit- one's after adjusting for True Hit, one isn't.
