Do not forget the shadows on the floor next time. *thumb up* I'd say it was made using the pentool and round brushes. The shadings seems to have that 'perfect' curve quality (pentool'd) whilst the outline itself has what appears to be a little wavering, but it could still be pentool'd with more anchor points than the shading sections.
