Gamble, my friend. Archers are incredibly accurate. Gamble + 150% hit chance + Killer Bow = guaranteed critical with about a 75% chance to hit. It's super useful for saving you uses on your weapons especially considering Snipers are usually only busy on the offensive side of the field.
