Takumi's Shinai?

Hehe, I got that the other night and was like "what the heck is this?". I wonder if the point is to bring enemies down to 1 hp to ensure a smaller character can get the blow, or whether getting more hits in with it might be a good way to level a weapon skill? Has Takumi's name so I didn't dump it, but I'll admit it has me confused. *laughs*

Plus, if you deliberately let the reduction hit a larger character so they would actually get struck, you'd make room for a healer as long as you were paying attention and didn't have the characters fighting an enemy that the person with this item couldn't handle. I'd have to test all of this out, but it seems like it could actually have some interesting uses.

I feel like the stats are just a reference to the fact its a shinai. Shinai is usually 4 pieces of bamboo held together to be used for sword practice. The four pieces distribute the impact so it can't cause more then a bruise. Its not an actual weapon. Takumi has been referred to being adept with a sword, having apparently beat Hinata with a katana (Corrin/Hinata A) so I feel its just an in universe reference. Why its a C rank weapons is odd though.

As they said, it's for training weaker units, and this cannot do follow up attack because probably this person would deal this 1 damage needed to kill enemy ~
It's great tool, like Niles bow(same as shinai)or Cupid bow(heals enemy so you can hit them infinitely i belive, at least enemies with high defense). :P

The shinai can also be used for baiting out units you're trying to capture (especially if Orochi or Niles are not strong enough to ORKO the target or have shaky accuracy due to the 10% Hit rate reduction that comes with a capture attempt).
