I thought you couldn't make threads about other users

I'm not seeing anything in the rules about it other than "don't make threads for harassing other people" and "don't make threads to talk about banned members/try get them to return." Were you thinking about the old ATTN thread rule? Because that doesn't exist anymore (and I don't think this would have counted as that either)
