Rezzy
Maybe it's a plot hook for a potential sequel. It also odd that only 4 guys got power from him. Did he just sit there for decades on end, with the occasional visitor?

Loki Laufeyson
Some people are skeptical too. Others think it's Human Anankos . Who knows though. I don't recall the evidence at the moment. Wish I knew too I assumed it was tbh. Im not sure who it is and was actually going to make this thread until i saw someone beat me to the punch. It was Kellam obv. /thread
Seanp12
It's not like Gunter and the Rainbow Sage are the kind of folks who blab about their past to everybody who comes along. There's no reason to expect either of them to say anything, particularly Gunter.Come to think of it, the player never learns about either person's past until Revelation, so I don't really get why we expect the Sage to offhandedly mention, "oh, yeah, that old guy on the horse came here before so that he could be strong enough to kill Garon, but he doesn't want you to know that." Xcentrion
I also have thought about Gunter. But i got another idea. Just imagine a prequel of Fates will eventually arrive. What if the unknown knight would be the avatar of this prequel?
