Of course, a heavy amount of paperwork is required to ensure the powers don't get misused, and they even have people heavily trained in disabling superpowers permanently if anyone goes rogue with them. Virtually all dialogue is rewritten for this optional mode but the story surprisingly remains completely unchanged (the main difference being Hector pulls out the Axe of Seals! instead of the Sword of Seals).
