I wonder if the Grand Hero Battles will rotate too once they run out of new ones, but given we already got new characters (even if just a small batch) they can keep running for a while without start to repeat them... I think we've got a big enough cast that it will be a long time before we run out of characters to feature in Grand Hero Battles. Narcian isn't the strangest choice, since he was already in Chapter 9 and he was one of the 10 characters on the villain SpotPass team in Awakening.
