Klein's job is to hit stuff hard and either heavily chip it or outright kill it immediately. It's not as broken as you'd think, since using four of the same unit leaves you really vulnerable to being hard countered by some solo units. Remember, Reinhardt is the only unit I know of with Goad Cavalry, so you'd have to use four of him. Female Robin, for instance, would devastate them with her tomebreaker which prevents blue tome units from performing follow ups and guarantees her a follow up, and Gronnwolfe, which is effective against cavalry.
