So when to promote? Is it like other games where the later the better? And after promotion, then what? Another promotion? It especially doesn't help since once you get to level 10, EXP growth starts to drop. Also there is a whole topic about this JS... If you're grinding for stats sometimes ASAP is still the best idea because growths are low and promotion gains are only to the next class' bases. Maybe not as much for high growth characters like Alm, Celica, or Delthea, but if you're only playing the main game and don't care about those shiny stats do it ASAP.
