I believe the point DanMan's saying is, even though Zelda isn't always one throughout nowadays (and that's debatable), Caeda breaks the heroine stereotype for having never been one in the first place. This is especially impressive, considering the times; 1990, where such a thing was almost unheard of.

Eh, I guess so. Even if she does do that though, it doesn't automatically make her awesome to me.
