Problem with re-downloading FEH again

I tried re-downloading FEH for the dancers banner for the past 3 days on my android phone. I have deleted mostly everything in the android phone's settings that I do not need to use in order to make space and gives me the error 0003 code after clearing the cache in the game's menu. I don't have an issue with internet in my house while re-downloading FEH or any other mobage games at least. The last time I deleted FEH was when FGO was launched and re-downloading the game again which was working at that time, and now it's been giving me this issue. If there any solution on how to fix it please let me know if there's a way to fix it on android phones, so far the model phone I'm using is an 8gb ZTE brand ver 5.1 with a 32gb memory SD card in order to pay the game.

There's a pinned topic that describes your error.  While it mostly deals with emulation, you might find some helpful info about it.

Normally, I'd close this topic, since the "Ask a FE Heroes question" thread is for short questions like this, but due to the nature of this error, I'll leave it open.  Debugging can take a while.

Contrary to what @eclipse said, there is no pinned topic on this. Rather, the pinned topic is on the 803-3001 error code, but your error code is 803-0003, which is a different error. I am unfamiliar with the error, but I attempted some research, in the hope that it may help you.

With respect to the error itself, it appears that this error has cropped up before, with exactly your symptoms--i.e., the downloading locks up at 89%.

As far as solutions are concerned with respect to this specific error code, the best I can find is that you should clear your cache and just keep retrying.

Also, you could also try contacting Nintendo about the error, if clearing the cache and trying repeatedly to download fail solve the problem.
