Dark Holy Elf
Dex is a far inferior stat compared to strength. You get 10 hit from having Dorothea equip Meteor. 10 hit from setting an A support adjutant. 10 hit from the Accuracy Ring. 10-15 hit from various battalions. 20 from Hit+20, which is considered at best on par with Death Blow, which is only +6 atk and only on the player phase. Accuracy in general is good to have, but point-for-point, dex contributes far too little to it. The difference between dealing 10 damage and 13 damage is notable; the difference between 80 hit and 83 hit is extremely subtle (only ~2% true hit). I feel like each point of dex should give 4-5 hit, like cha does for gambits. (Dex also has an impact on crit but it's divided by 2 and thus even less notable. To continue the 3-point stat gaps above, it's the difference between, say, 30 crit and 31.5 crit.)

Dark Holy Elf
It is indeed needless to say, but you still said it. 😛 My point may not have been clear. The point is that it's an effect that basically adds 10 dex to affected characters (and 3 for the unsupported for the record). It's considered a good effect for sure, but not a game-breaker. If Meteor linked attacks (or anything else I listed) added 10 might (= str/mag) it'd feel ridiculously overpowered. It's an illustration of how much worse dex is than strength as a stat.
