Let's consider a hero in history or fiction is a FE char. Give him his stat and of course, his skill. First:

Miyamoto Musashi: Miyamoto Musashi was a Japanese swordsman famed for his duels and distinctive style. Musashi, as he is often simply known, became legendary through his excellent swordsmanship in numerous duels, even from a very young age.

Class: Swordmaster

HP : 40/60 Def: 8/22

His def cant go higher than 8 cause his clothes provide no defend again any attack.

His res (or intelligent) is strangely high for a swordmaster cause he is the author of The Book of Five Rings, a book on strategy, tactics, and philosophy that is still studied today. Amazing, huh? And the way he win Sasaki Kojirou is one of a kind, you can say his wisdom is rather high.

Musashi's skill:

_Ni-Ten Ichi Ryu: He is famous for his two swords style, each sword in each hand. So, he can equip two swords as a same time. In battle, he can attack twice in a row and if his speed is high enough, he can attack 4 times in a battle. And if he wield two hero sword, he can slash 8 times. Unless his opponent have a very high def, he can kill anything in 1 turn.

Note: this skill is passive and always active.

_Crit bonus: +15% to crit rate, this is a common skill for all swordmaster.

Next is:

Robin Hood: Robin Hood is an archetypal figure in English folklore, whose story originates from medieval times but who remains significant in popular culture where he is known as a man for robbing the rich to give to the poor and fighting against injustice and tyranny.

We can see that although his pow not very high but his skl, spd and luck is outstanding. He is Robin Hood at all.

Robin's skill:

_Forest Conceal: Okay, whenever he enter the forest, enemy cant see Robin unless they stand next to him. Heh, nobody can harm Robin when he is in a forest, no suprise, huh?

_Prince of Thief: His name is Robin Hood so he can unlock any door, any chest with a little help of lockpick. Yes, this is a normal skill for any thief but for a sniper to have this skill, man, Robin is a must have member in your team.

_Sure hit: this is common skill for all sniper.

Note: all of Robin's skill have 100% active rate.

Lu Bu:Lü Bu (died 198) was a military general and later a minor warlord during the late Eastern Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms era of China. He is considered as one of the strongest general in China's history.

Yes, most of his stat is max except res and luc. He is weak to woman and died because of his stupid so his res is very low. In the story, he is the single most powerful warrior in all of China, comparable to the Greek hero Achilles in prowess so his con is very high (if 18 is not hight enough, tell me)

Bu's skill:

_Red Hare: the name of his steed. Red Hare is the most famous horse in history of China. In the story, Red Hare was said to be able to run 415.8 km a day. It's also very clever. This skill + 2 move for Lu Bu so his move now is 10. It's also help Lu Bu go throught the forest, Hill or river without any penalty. And Red Hare will run to a nearest healer if Lu Bu's hp is lower then 10 even if he is in a battle.

Note: This skill is a passive skill and always active.

_Womanizer: Yes, if enemy's sex is female, Lu bu got a -50% hit rate.

Fiannen spirit: Gives accuracy and defense boosts to all nearby friendly units. Permanent.

Cicero is the most epic slab of concentrated fail ever to have disgraced the Roman empire, and that's saying a lot. He was somehow elected to consul of the senate, where he buggered a fellow senator who coincidentally happened to be a conspirator against the empire, and subsequently pissed everyone off with his gloating and the worst poetry in all of ancient history until he got the banhammer and was exiled to the horrible city of Athens, where he whined for 1 year long until he was unbanned.
