Blitzkrieg and Turnwheel

Just to be on the Save side:

Does using the Turnwheel make the Turn still Count towards Blitzkrieg? Is it save to rewind?

I wouldn't think so. It should just count the turns recorded at the end of a battle. I did Blitzkrieg on Normal, so there wasn't much need for Turnwheel abuse, so I'm not sure.

I got the blitzkreig and the fire emblem awards on hard mode. I even completed Thabes under 500 total turns. While going at a leisurely pace.  And full recruitment.  I used no dlc, and no turnwheel. You'll be fine without the turn wheel.
