Veronica's Contract only works once per Engagement and doesn't work on Seadall.

Have emblem 3houses use their engage attack+ for the damage with the ability to go again. Have them attack again. Have your Byleth attack. Make sure your other units are positioned correctly, Seadale dance Byleth. Byleth unit uses engage skill to dance Seadale, Byleth unit and 2 others. They all attack boss again, including Veronica Unit. If somehow boss is still alive, Seadale dances Veronica. Veronica uses contract on unit to let them attack again. This gives your byleth unit 4 attacks in 1 turn... Dlc breaks the game.

Amazing xD By the way, I did some more testing and found that Contract does work once per turn, but not if Veronica was danced herself. If you've tested that scenario I imagine Veronica can use Contract after Byleth's dance, but even if not that's still an extra heal or ranged attack per turn if your positioning and action order are correct. Even better: if Emblem Veronica does a summon she has a chance to summon another Veronica WITH contract, so a 5th attack would be possible then.. Thanks for the info! Can Mage Cannoneer counterattack Bolting? I'm assuming not though.
