This is a small concept where I will try and turn your class ideas into actual playable classes in Fire Emblem Three Houses.

Due to the game's limitations, the following guidelines are in place:

  • Classes will reuse other classes' models and animations
  • The classes will also overwrite already existing ones, so enemies will also be able to access them.
  • For the sake of balance (and the sake of preventing any possible crashes), the Barbarossa, Emperor, Great Lord, Enlightened One, Dancer, Monster, and the Agarthan classes will not be changed

Base Rules:

  • Beginner Classes cannot have a base total exceeding 50
  • Intermediate Classes cannot have a base total exceeding 75
  • Advanced Classes cannot have a base total exceeding 100
  • Master Classes cannot have a base total exceeding 150

 

Current Classes Already Replaced: Wyvern Lord

When replying with your class, use the following format:

Class Details

Class Name

Class Details (One or two sentences explaining the class)

Class Tier

Class to Replace

  • Requirement 1
  • Requirement 2 (For Intermediate and above)
  • Requirement 3 (For Advanced and above)

Class Bonuses

  • Bonus 1
  • Bonus 2 (Optional unless Intermediate or above)
  • Bonus 3 (Optional unless Advanced or above)

Unit Type (Infantry, Flier, Armored, Cavalry)

Magic (If applicable)

  • Defense (between 10 and 35)
  • Resistance (between 10 and 35)
  • Dexterity (between 5 and 45
  • Speed (between 5 and 40)
  • Luck (between 10 and 30)
  • Charm (between 0 and 30)

Growths

  • HP (between -5 and 30)
  • Strength (between -20 and 20)
  • Magic (between -20 and 20)
  • Defense (between -15 and 25)
  • Resistance (between -15 and 25)
  • Dexterity (between -10 and 20)
  • Speed (between -20 and 20)
  • Luck (between -10 and 30)
  • Charm (between -5 and 15)

Skills

  • Skill 1
  • Skill 2
  • Skill 3 (Optional)

Mastery Reward

  • One Combat Art related to the class OR One Skill related to the class

Ooh, here's my idea:

 

Name: Flying Fortress

Tier: Master

Requirements: B+ Axe, B+ Armor, B Flight

Skill Bonuses: Axe (+3), Lance (+3), Armor (+3)

Description: "Combining mastery of the skies with a full suit of armor, this Wyvern-riding class fuses aerial mobility with formidable defense."

Replaces: Wyvern Lord

 

Base Stats (+Modifiers):

This is Dedue's personal skill, which I thought would go great on a defensive class. I don't imagine it would stack with itself, but I don't know. If, for some reason, this skill cannot be used, just put Weight -5 in its place.

 

Idea behind this class:

So, it's no secret that Wyvern Lord is, essentially, the best class in the game. It's also a strict improvement on Wyvern Rider, whereas, most Advanced classes at least havr something unique to their name.

For these reasons, I wanted to do something different in Master tier. That's why I'm proposing a "Great Knight in the sky", a first of its kind. In this way, it's a natural promotion for Fortress Knights (who may want more mobility, at the cost of some defense and battalion options), as well as for Wyvern Riders (who build upon their bulk, but lose some speed). But it's not strictly better than either of those classes, so all of them will have their uses.

Good news. It's usable as a class ability.

Just so any future readers of the thread are aware, this is something I have no specific deadline for. I eventually plan on releasing the changes as a mod on Gamebanana, so look forward to it once all of the classes are replaced! As more classes get replaced, they will be added to the "Current Classes Already Replaced" list.

 

Also, if you would like to be credited for the class you created, please also post your Gamebanana username (if you have one), or some way for the modding community to be able to thank you.
