The game makes it abundantly clear that Edelgard does not like TWSITD. At one point before the reveal you're asked if you think that TSWITD and the Flame Emperor have the same goal. Selecting "Yes" lowers your support with Edelgard while saying "No" raises it. So is Edelgard responsible for Jeralt's death? I'd say indirectly at best.

However, the amount of effort required (finding a new VA, re-recording the lines, patching them in, praying nothing breaks in the process) might be too much effort for Nintendo. They might just remove him from the credits in a day 1 patch or something, and then recast him for further appearances from the inevitable myriad of variants he'll get in FE:H if he did break the NDA

I mean I kinda hear it, but it doesn't really sound like Kaiji Tang. Also Dmitri sounds like Yuri Lowenthal and yet not like Yuri Lowenthal at the same time. I've heard some say it could be Robbie Daymond. Edit: Someone on twitter also suggested Chris Niosi.
