Gonna play Fire Emblem Gaiden for the first time and I am wondering at what level and what class should I make the villagers I get during the game?
-
I noticed a lack of Fe 6 characters in my post so here are my favorites of the game: Fir Percival Gonzales Lilina Roy (personallity wise) Dieck Astol Rutger Saul Shin Lance Raigh

Joshua, Raven, Miledy, Jaffar, Hector, Tana, Eprahim, L'Arachel, Seth, Sain, Lute, Forde and Dart are some of the many examples but I will talk about my favorite, Joshua. Gameplay: He is a Swordmaster, meaning extra crit bonus, flashy animation and great combat performance Personality: A laidback, calm and composed character, just how I like my Swordmasters. Backstory: He has my favorite backstory out of all characters in the GBA games, being the prince of Jehanna that ran away from home so he could learn from people and the world to be worthy of the crown. Definetly makes him a pretty interesting person whose reasons for running away are actually pretty legit. Personal note: He has red hair, for that he gets +10 points in my book

Who should I choose as Severa's father?
TheAstraWolf replied to Alyails's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
Lon'Qu, giving Severa a boost in Spd and in skill while attack and defense are still nicely distributed. Give her Astra, Galeforce, Armstrift, Sol and Swordfaire and Severa becomes a monster so pick this pairing you baka XD -
I've heard that Gordin is actually worth using in this game. Is it true?

Downloaded the game today on an emulator but that kept me wondering. What are the best/worst units in this game? Considering Shadow Dragon had units that were complete filler and I want to avoid said fillers

Where do you live Water Mage?

None and I doubt I ever will because I am from Brazil (AKA not North America, Europe, etc...) Edit: OMG, I didn´t knew other Brazillians were members

Paralogue 6: Most maps in Awakening never bothered me but this one did. In a personal experience side when I first played this chapter I though I had to kill 5 enemies with Inigo for him to join. BIG FUCKING MISTAKE, I had to reset 5 times until I got the memo you didn't had to do it, well it would be less troublesome if Inigo never explicitly said to kill 5 bandits to impress the ladies. Oh and the enemies here are insanely high leveled, and as someone who liked to tackle the paralogues in order that number was VERY misleading. The labyrinth layout is very annoying as well and the Dark Fliers at the beginning can just BURN in Bolganone flames. Overall while Awakening has some great levels in it, this one just doesn't work at all for me. At least you get Inigo at the end

How? I can't find the delete option (sorry, I'm dumb I know) -
Post your endgame team pictures here
TheAstraWolf replied to TheAstraWolf's topic in General Fire Emblem
The funny thing is that if I remember correctly, Garcia was great in the endgame chapter. I promoted I think 3 units at Lv 15 and the rest at LV 20 --- Blazing Sword endgame -
From any game. Since my brother is playing FE Awakening on his file now, here is my Sacred Stones team: So, thoughts?

I am so sorry for you...

Fire Emblem 6: most of the level ups I got and the misses with high chances that happened, my face got red of the amounts of hard facepalming during those moments...

We are the ARITIAN knights. I like that OVA, altough I wished it was an actual anime, I really would have enjoyed it more than the actual game.

Thoughts on Wendy (Is She Really THAT Bad?)
TheAstraWolf replied to Strict_Gryphon90's topic in Fire Emblem: Binding Blade
Wendy is pretty bad, easily in my top 10 worst characters in the series. Evwn though Sophia is faaaaaaaar worse Wendy is atill a letdown. Her bases are bad compared to Bors and Barth, I mean, she has 8 DEFENSE, and she's a KNIGHT! In a game with the others Knights having 11 and 14 defense, oh and she has like 19 HP. Yeah Bors growths are almost the same but his bases start better and he had more time to grow in stats, Wendy comes at LV1 and she is essentially a weaker Bors. It also doesn't help that the other knight Barth is more of a pure knight than both of them. At the end Wendy is pretty bad and so is FE6's reputation with Knights/Generals -
Favorite and Least Favorite Classes?
TheAstraWolf replied to CooledEvergreen's topic in General Fire Emblem
Favorite: Heroes (all around units in almost every stat and growths, easily trainable and acessible, have great characters in them and have some great skills like Sol and Armshtrift) Least favorite: Archer (It makes sense for them to attack from 1 space away but that leaves them vulnerable to pretty much anything, their stats and growths are nothing to write home about and their skills within all FE games with skills I've played (Sacred Stones and Awakening) suck compared to other abilities within those games).- 60 replies

What is your least favorite Fire Emblem game?
TheAstraWolf replied to Lantairu's topic in General Fire Emblem
I feel alone now that I know a lot of people hate Awakening. *Cries in the corner* -
Gen 1: Jolteon (slick design, great sweep movepool and easy accesibility) Gen 2: Ampharos (Great design, unique stats and a MAJESTIC hair in Mega form) Gen 3: Rayquaza (It's a dragon, nuff said) Gen 4: Lucario (could give an explnation why he is my favorite overall but that's for another day) Gen 5: Samurott (Cool design, great movepool, good stats and he has swords) Gen 6: Delphox (Interesting concept, good movepool, great design, IS ANYTHING BUT FIRE/FIGHTING, and deserves more love from people)

Moldorm in Link to the Past. I just wanted to have fun... Young Xehanort on KH3D. His attacks are awfully difficult to avoid, blocking on time is difficult when he's moving like a hyperactive little kid on a sugar rush and the clock form was just a cheap trick to make the fight longer, AS WE ALREADY DESTROYED ONE ON THE PREVIOUS REALITY SHIFT

Assassin first for Lethality then Hero for the extra defense and Sol

Olivia - promote from myrmidon to swordmaster or assassin?
TheAstraWolf replied to Skarrow's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
I would go to Galeforce first to inherit it to Inigo and second seal him to a Swordmaster to give him Astra and then make her a Swordmaster for Astra and break the game in the process -
