  1. I'm excited for this banner and GHB combo. I like the idea, I like the designs aside from Grima!Robin's, Hardin is a unit I've been waiting ages for even if it's not Cav Hardin, and another Takumi alt is welcome as far as I'm concerned. His Speed is probably significantly lower, he couldn't even double a generic in the gameplay footage.
  2. Top: Maya Amano, Persona 2 | Jun Kurosu, Persona 2 | Isabeau, Shin Megami Tensei IV Middle: Hinako Kujo, Devil Survivor 2 | Ren Amamiya, Persona 5 | Protagonist, Devil Survivor Bottom: Mitsuru Kirijo, Persona 3 | Anguished One, Devil Survivor 2 | Heat, Digital Devil Saga
  3. So I pulled this guy just now with my event SQ (spoilered for size): I should be happy, but I can't help but be a little sad that it wasn't Jeanne because of bias.
  4. I'm close to finishing everything; I just need to kill enough riders to finish that quest plus complete the 8th floor missions enough times, and then I'm done with everything until the 15th. I might grind for the rest of the mana prisms so I can get my first Mona Lisa, but anything more than that and I might hit burnout territory.
  5. Top: Haman Karn, Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam | Claire Stanfield, Baccano! | The Undefeated of the East, Master Asia, Mobile Fighter G Gundam Middle: Proist, Gaiking: Legend of Daiku-Maryu | Satsuki Kiryuin, Kill la Kill | Berg-Katze, Gatchaman Crowds Bottom: Love Machine, Summer Wars | Haruko Haruhara, FLCL | Char Aznable, Mobile Suit Gundam
  6. That would be the mission to defeat 200 living corpses, which doesn't unlock until after you beat 604. I'm all grinded out for now. I spent like an hour grinding the parking lot and I'm still like seven Rapunzel short. I did clear out the shop's stock of Decapitating Bunny; as it turns out, each individual CE stacks, so I've been running a team with four of those and Heroic Portrait on Shiki.
  7. Got Shiki up to second ascension and beat Room 504. Now it's time for the grindy phase. Got all the gears, embers, and Fous from the shop; next target is 4 more copies of Chorus for LB and feathers, claws and mana prisms.
  8. Decapitating Bunny 2018. In other news, I've hit Floor 5 and wow did Caster Gilles almost do a full party wipe. Props to Anderson for pulling through with the clutch, though.
  9. I'm lucky I got one of those from a random drop then, same with Summer's Futuresight (which I had already gotten from the store). Actually now I have all four with half of Floor 4 cleared. Mash is so useful for all this CE juggling, she is the true VIP of this event.
  10. Just out of curiosity, would enemy rate up or drop up be more useful to have on support servants? You know Yuki Kajiura is a woman, right?
  11. I'm hoping it's Roy and Lilina because best lord and cutest mage deserve their own seasonals, and yet I'm not because a( I'd like to save my orbs and b( the bow means going into colorless hell for Roy.
  12. Those two comparisons weren't the best, I'll admit. I'm sometimes blind to how uneven popularity factor is between series in different mediums. That being said, FE Warriors' sales still don't inspire hope for a sequel in me. I mean, I agree with you that there's a lot they could do with a sequel, but I don't think that means a sequel is guaranteed or that it affects the possibility we'll even get one. They still have to create new art assets, get new VA work for both old and new characters, program new movesets, write new supports, etc. Development costs will be lessened by the pre-existing engine, but they'll still be pretty significant. And at the end of the day, considering FE Warriors' sales, Nintendo might not consider it worth it. I'm concern trolling by...making a comparison that in hindsight even I'll admit was a not great one, and pointing out that people are taking two statements made by people who don't get to decide whether or not a sequel happens as proof that a sequel is happening or going to happen and that I find it overblown. So not only do you not know what concern trolling is, but you're twisting my words and ignoring the context. Splendid. As for the rest of your post, this little bit of out of nowhere ad hominum has rendered it not worth responding to it or any other thoughts you have on the subject.
  13. Even for a Warriors game in Japan 60,000 first week sales is pretty low; the only reason HW, which had similarly mediocre first-week sales in Japan at 70,000, became a smash success was its overseas sales. To compare to some other Warriors spin-offs' first weeks in Japan, One Piece: Pirate Warriors sold 600,000 copies first week and Dynasty Warriors: Gundam sold about 100,000 its first week. Hyrule Warriors, the smash hit that's now four years old at this point, has gotten nothing but two ports despite its fantastic sales. Why would FE Warriors, a game which data shows having none of the same selling power, get a sequel when HW hasn't? I'm not quite sure how it's pessimistic to expect that a game with passable but ultimately mediocre sales won't get a sequel given Nintendo's past actions. If anything, I'd argue people are being way too optimistic about FEW 2 based on nothing but two statements from KT, who don't get to decide whether or not a sequel happens, and their own personal wishes for a sequel.
  14. Top: Ryuuko Matoi, Kill la Kill | Takashi Natsume, Natsume's Book of Friends | Shintaro Kisaragi, Mekakucity Actors/Kagerou Project Middle: Ledo, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet | Sei "Seishuu" Handa, Barakamon | Yomiko Readman, Read or Die Bottom: Takuto Tsunashi, Star Driver | Relena Darlian/Peacecraft, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing | Chiyo Sakura, Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun Most of this is just my week 3 one recycled.
  15. While I do think Jedi exaggerated somewhat, the forecast doesn't look good for a potential FEW2. Not only did FE Warriors fail to break 100,000 sales in its first week in Japan, but it only got 13,000 sales second week before dropping to the point where Media Creates stops recording exact sales figures because they're so small (under 3000, generally speaking) before dropping off the sales chart entirely by November; I wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't broken 100,000 sales yet despite it being around half a year later. We have no Western sales aside from the usual VGChartz bunk (which has it selling even worse in the US than in Japan, but take that with a whole saltshaker), but that in and of itself is not a good sign.
  16. Favorites: strategy in all forms, RPGs but especially JRPGs, action games, survival horror, hack-n-slash, puzzle Least favorites: first-person shooters, racing games, modern horror
  17. I think they realized the mistake of trying to make one of the Berserkers who can't talk the featured Berserker of the game and promptly dropped him, especially when he has much more popular competition. Valentine's was mostly successful on my end, minus the part where Jeanne didn't come home; I got a good supply of Octuplet Crystals, Altria Alter's choco CE event and enough pages for Medea to hit max ascension. I'm all grinded out for now, though, so I'm taking things slow until next big event.
  18. Seconded. I'll always be happy for what Gen 1 started, but in terms of actual gameplay their age shows badly. I'd actually say GSC have aged poorly too, personally; while they did add some stuff to the series they have a huge number of equally dated and poorly functioning mechanics, and arguably even worse Pokemon distribution and moveset balance than Gen 1.
  19. Top: The Boss, Metal Gear Solid 3 | Junko Enoshima, Danganronpa | Dracula, Castlevania Middle: Nyarlathotep, Persona 2 | Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower, Bloodborne: The Old Hunters | Albert Wesker, Resident Evil Bottom: Dahlia Gillespie, Silent Hill | Lucifer, Shin Megami Tensei | Vayne Carudas Solidor, Final Fantasy XII
  20. I ended up not getting Jeanne on the rate up, but oh well. I'll just save up for Jalter, then. I've only got a couple crystals from the rate up, and honestly the hearts sound much better to me right now, thanks to Medusa, Altria Alter and Karna needing 12 between them just for ascensions.
  21. Because these people are utterly predictable, that's why. If the comment about Treehouse being filled with every buzzword used to de-legitimize things a certain section of the internet doesn't like didn't tip the hand that you're trolling, then this does. The idea that Treehouse--who Nintendo owns, because they're NoA's localization team--could bully Nintendo is ridiculous. Everything Treehouse does, they do with Nintendo's implicit approval.
  22. That and the Jeanne rate-up is about it for me, and I'll probably blow all my SQ and tickets on trying to get Jeanne anyway. Nero? Who's that?
  23. I feel you. Karna and occasionally Emiya are the only ones on my support team that get any use. I appreciate any help I can get. Karna is the result of me using way more Fous than I realized I was using on him, just because I got so excited that I pulled him at all. Not gonna complain though, Karna's the best. I regularly forget that Atalante and Tamacat exist, even though the former I got lucky with on a ticket and the latter I pulled on my starter roll.
