  1. @SatsumaFSoysoy Ooh I'm in love with Altena's JP voice. Nice music too, close call with that Wrathful staff though lol. The tinks were satisfying though. I like her proud parents lol @Diovani Bressan I think you're getting a little bit drunk in power through Dominance lol. Saizo still continues to be quite strong even with the fairer battles, although understandably Cancel Affinity is a thing heh @Maaka Nice to see the whole family, and OG Fir back in the team! @Zeo @DarkAlf @BoaFerox @Alexmender @DLNarshen @Landmaster Team is +Atk/-Res Cain, +Atk/-Res Abel, +Atk/-HP Sully and +Atk/-Res Stahl Music is Tame A Bad Boy from the King of Fighters XIII - Christmas Cav dream team go! A bull and panther clash, giving each other full cav buffs. I forgot how much I enjoy Sully's special lines and how I like these cavs in general as characters. - Abel had the most Def from the hidden Atk/Def buffs from his weapon, so he was the perfect unit to bait the (sadly) enemy phase bosses. - Sully is the surprise key player tying the whole team together. Her Spd was important in doubling the TA blue mage (plus Chill Spd from Abel). She also has the most Res to take a hit. TA effect is nice against the Brave Sword cav. Similarly, Stahl's TA effect no-sells the brave axe, and his native Swap is nice for the tight spacing. - QP on Cain only so he can say his special line heh. He has fun lines (if only he said "Ha, Gored by the horns!" it would be perfect). Have another idea probably but will have to promote and train some units on the weekend to see if it works.
  2. @Alexmender Wow AoE Eirika sure went to town, and then Tsubasa having that Desperation effect worked great against Lif! Hilda sure did some work here and there as well. Fitting metal against the boss too hehe.
  3. @Landmaster Ooh Mirabilis debut! Gosh she's so tanky! She would make a good wall for Dance Emblem indeed. Nice use of the top island for the Elises to chill about for a bit lol. @Diovani Bressan Your team blitzed through it. Another Mirabilis appearance, she goes great with Saizo! @Maaka Nice Spring Fir use, she looks fun! Nomral Too bad normal Fir needs more muscles to get that HP for that Infantry Pulse, but hey Silvia works at least. @Zeo @mampfoid @BoaFerox @Landmaster @Alexmender @SatsumaFSoysoy @DLNarshen Welp had internet problems all last week so here's some late videos. Firstly is a video featuring the new Emmeryn. Team is neutral Emmeryn, +HP/-Atk Legendary Lucina, +Spd/-HP Owain and +Atk +1 Ophelia Music is Prelude (Ablaze) from Fire Emblem Awakening - Since Emmeryn arrived, I wanted to do a cross game team where everyone has the Brand of the Exalt (poor Lissa). Emmeryn on her forehead, Lucina on her eye and Owain/Ophelia on their arm according to their supports. - Emmeryn's Gravity, albeit ironic, was the perfect starting move to slow down the axe cav. As much as I wanted to use a damaging special for Ophelia so she could say her lines, I needed the AoE to weaken the group of enemies and Gangrel ASAP. - Owain needed Distant Def and some Close/Distant Guard support (good thing L!Lucina already has one as her C skill) to survive Gangrel. Speaking of Lucina, her HP superboon was needed combined with Ophelia's Drive Def to survive the axe flier. --- Next is a Mad King Battle! Team is neutral Fallen Ashnard, neutral Gangrel, neutral Travant and neutral Naesala Music is Mastermind from Fire Emblem Awakening - The Mad King Ashnard wants to topple the fake Mad King with the King of Thracia Travant, King of Kilvas Naesala and the other Mad King Gangrel. - Ashnard needed Close Guard from Naesala to survive the first onslaught. Gangrel needed to be in a specific spot so the horse mage would move to the right, which causes Naesala to stay untransformed. Luckily, Travant's Flier Guidance still allows the King of Kilvas to snipe the red mage as if he had the 3 range movement. - Rare footage of Travant doubling! Against an Armour Knight with Chill Spd but still something! He was also important in keeping the tin can busy for a bit while Gangrel sniped enemies with his Levin Dagger. ---- And here is an Awakening clear, featuring Anna's amazing tap voice lines. Team is +Atk/-Res Lon'qu, +Atk +1 Cherche, +Atk/-HP Apotheosis Anna and +Spd/-Def Performing Olivia Music is Conquest (Ablaze) from Fire Emblem Awakening - Cherche's flier status makes initiating the map quite easy. Brave weapon just too good. - Olivia baited the red mage for a bit while Lon'qu Repos her out to safety when the armour is nearby. Lon'qu needed Close Def to survive the lance knight. While I had Anna beat Gangrel, Lon'qu can actually ORKO him as well if Anna uses her Rally on him. ---- And lastly, here is Plegia Emblem! Team is neutral Gangrel, neutral Aversa, +Spd/-Res Tharja and +Atk/-Spd Henry Music is Chaos (Ablaze) from Fire Emblem Awakening. - There sure are a lot of red mages in Plegia (with some dark animations ,too). Aversa's flying status starts things off safely, while Gangrel baits the mages with ease as the rest of the team huddles in that north-western island. - Thanks to Aversa's Chill Spd, Tharja can survive a hit from enemy Gangrel while Henry equips Dagger Breaker because I don't have Dew for him to slow Gangrel's attacks down. A lot of Draw back/Shove was involved to avoid getting trapped in the end.
  4. Linde is the next hero https://fehpass.fire-emblem-heroes.com/en-US/00003002000078/ Her sprite looks amazing, really gives off a Greek vibe.
  5. Got a free +Spd/-Atk Veronica in the Kinoka banner. Then today a +Atk/-Spd Karla on Wrath, much better than my +Def/-Spd one at least (you're supposed to be all about speed Karla?)
  6. the order of the Colosseum buttons are back to normal. Also I just found this out but if you go to the Forma Allies menu (even if you aren't buying one) you get 500 free feathers just for completing the event! I remember reading something about it but forgot
  7. @Landmaster Congrats on the red units! Great to hear you got the fairy that you wanted @Zeo @daisy jane @mampfoid So today has been a day. Had a rough yesterday but today really made up for it. Free pull on second account was a +Atk/-HP Anna! That was fast! Then first ticket gave me a 4 star +Spd/-Res Mustafa lol. 2nd ticket on my main account gave me a +Def/-Atk Mirabilis! Along the way finally got a +Atk/-Def Silas to be my new merge which is neat, no Anna though. Then went back to Mila banner for a final yolo. 8% single colourless orb on my main? +Def/-Atk Legendary Alm lol, my 4th one now. Then had a small rate on my second trying to fix Leif's -Atk, and I get my second Mila! +HP/-Spd Mila even, opposite of my current one. Unsure if I want to merge yet or keep two separate ones. Tried again at 8% and no colourless, so I went green. Got a +Atk/-Spd Osian, and my current one is +Res/-Spd so I could merge....but his A skill also seems nice? Decisions are tough!
  8. @Zeo @mampfoid @Maaka @Diovani Bressan @DLNarshen @BoaFerox @Landmaster @daisy jane @SatsumaFSoysoy @Alexmender Since I finally managed to nab Legendary Leif, I could finally complete some ideas I had in the backburner. Firstly is a wholesome family reunion. Team is +Res/-Spd Quan, neutral Ethlyn, +Spd/-Atk Legendary Leif, and +Atk/-Res Altena Music is Absolute Demonic Front from Fate Grand Order:Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia - Always wanted to do this kind of clear and now that I finally got L!Leif I could reunite the family! - Even with -Atk Leif is so much fun to use. Moving twice really helps and Def Smoke helps soften up the crowd of enemies. Seeing him quad his own self was satisfying (although he did need that Def Smoke debuff). - Ethlyn needed to equip Martyr since Physic isn't good in crowded places, plus she can give her son Hone Cav buffs. Pain helped soften up enemies for her husband on the other side of the map. - Quan can reach staggering Atk/Def with the double Brazen, and with the mages on the left side, he needed to one shot them ASAP to protect his daughter. Altena herself needed Pivot to be ready in time to defeat a later mage. --- And lastly is a Thracia-specific clear. Team is+Spd/-Atk Legendary Leif, +Atk/-HP Nanna, neutral Finn and +Atk/-HP Mareeta Music is Leif Army - In Search of the Victory ~ Charge from Fire Emblem Thracia 776 - So L!Leif is great. Even greater with Nanna's Restore removing the Gravity effect on him after activating his special. It's like they were made to be paired together. Nanna also provides some great Pain support to help soften up those armours . - Finn protects Leif from melee damage. Mareeta can stand on her own, she has a Solo anyway so she had no problem taking out the right side and the boss, and defeating Leif in close combat. Feels nice to have some powerhouse Thracia units after a long while. Team is+Spd/-Atk Legendary Leif, +Atk/-HP Nanna, neutral Finn and +Atk/-HP Mareeta - So L!Leif is great. Even greater with Nanna's Restore removing the Gravity effect on him after activating his special. Nanna also provides some great Pain support to help soften up those armours . - Finn protects Leif from melee damage. Mareeta can stand on her own, she has a Solo anyway so she had no problem taking out the right side and the boss. Feels nice to have some powerhouse Thracia units after a long while.
  9. @Diovani Bressan Very fitting that Naga gives anti-dragon powers to Young Marth lol. Dominance looks fun to use. @Maaka Quadzura best Azura. Bartre's Desperation was the perfect B skill to take on Mila after some Naga boosts. 100 damage is scary. @Alexmender Hilda must've been exhausted with all those battles, GF extra turns and all. Tsubasa's Desperation effect looks really fun to use. Lots of warping all around. Mila took quite a while to whittle down lol especially with that healer still around. All that poison sure added up hehe In contrast Eirika solo was much faster/smoother lol, refreshing to now and again. 70 damage against Mila with some Naga help in one shot is satisfying. @SatsumaFSoysoy Celica questioning Mila's choices? I wanted to use Brave Celica down below but she wasn't exactly built properly yet and I needed a healer lol. Slaying Celica looks really fun to use. Green mage is really annoying, I agree on that. Genny's mobile healing supported the team well (extra tile to run away from Isolation!) Good thing Kagero still worked in the end even if she needed some stat adjustments. I liked how Mila said "kore de" after Celica's "kore de" haha @DLNarshen Nice to see Narcian's refine in action! Yeah kind of annoying Nanna's Restore is useless against Isolation but hey Gravity support is still solid. Ishtar's offense is amazing as always. Julius's specials and tankiness never gets old- he is healing buddies with Narcian now I suppose! (Mystic boost Narcian when?) Nice ending with him vs Mila. Should I stop tagging you now from the burnout? @Landmaster Sailor Elise arrives! Boy Sophia sure is tanky, perfect to shield the dainty Elises- give that girl Close Counter! Green Egg Elise is an interesting alternative, looks like that Camilla manual served a use! Seeing the team get cornered in the end by the moving wall units sure was something, but hey your team persevered! @Zeo @mampfoid @BoaFerox @daisy jane @Ginko So a bit late again but hey I had some neat ideas for these clears. Firstly, to celebrate Mila's arrival I did a Mila Emblem clear Team is +Spd/-HP Mila, +Res +1 Silque, +Atk +1 Celica and +Res/-Def Legendary Celica Music is Mila's Ordeal from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia - Featuring Mila herself, Silque who is all about Mila's Blessing (and gives the Turnwheel to Alm), Legendary Celica and OG Celica. Couldn't fit Brave Celica in because I really needed a healer and some tanky units, which Silque was perfect for. - Mila guides her subjects to calm down her other self, but she's not afraid to step into the front lines and shield the Celicas from the enemies. Isolation helps make the enemy healer useless. Mila herself needed a Drive Atk buff to defeat the Brave Lancer asap (was off by 1 damage). Distant Def also softens the blow from the many ranged units in this map, she needed as much health as she can to block chokepoints later on. - Silque proved a pivotal role in this clear. Drive Atk, much needed healing so OG Celica can take a few hits and a Miracle proc to wall off the armour for a turn were all key moments. This is one of those times when her low Speed helped so Miracle could activate faster. - It's no secret that Celicas are amazing nukes, and I really needed their power more than ever without a dancer. Fury helped let OG Celica take a few hits, and she needed a Brazen Spd buff to double the red mage. L!Celica needed a Brazen Res buff since she'd take too much damage if both the Lull Spd Green mage (grrr) and the healer teamed up on her. Interestingly, if she had a Drive Atk buff + Brazen Atk, she could actually KO the red dagger in a past attempt but I needed a specific position for the successful clear. ------ Next is one inspired by how Mila/Duma were with Naga (before she told them to take a hike). So I guess I'll call them Mythic Dragons- all dragons that had some role in Archanea/Ylisse & Valentia. Team is +Res/-HP Duma, +Spd/-HP Mila, +Atk +1 Naga and +Spd +1 Legendary Female Grima - Time for some mythical dragons with a connection to Archanea to unit against Mila. Duma/Mila travelled from Archanea, Naga is the classic dragon from Archanea/Ylisse and Grima has origins in that area. Yes Grima is Legendary but she'd totally be a Mythic if released today. Also interesting how Duma is the opposite of Mila while Naga is the opposite of Grima but they all work together here. - Duma gets the chance to shine against his sister, flexing his strength with Bold Fighter + QR. Sol makes sure he gets health back every so often with Bold Fighter cooldown reduction. The first turn was great teamwork, using Naga's Smite + Divine Fang to win against his sister while my own Mila prevented the healer from undoing the Upheaval damage so Duma can survive against the enemy horde. - Not gonna lie, I forgot Naga's prf raises her stats when nearby dragons, so this team comp works out for her. Her Luna was the best choice against the Fort Def/Res lance flier's Res. Iote's shield was needed so she can bait the flier while not getting destroyed by the Firesweep bow flier. Had to unequip Fury because the out of combat damage stacked up. - Grima provided Guidance support for Mila/Duma but was also key in trapping the bow flier and keeping the red mage at bay thanks to R Tomebreaker. Mila also kept enemies busy with her bulk, further enhanced by her Brazen Atk/Res seal. Bignis procs hurt a lot. ---- Lastly is a personal assisted clear of my favourite Echoes character Gray. Remember when he was annoying people as a pitybreaker? Well hey I wanted to make use of his prf and do him justice! Team is +Atk +1 Gray, +Atk +2 Legendary Azura, +Spd +1 Legendary Eliwood and +Spd/-HP Winter Eirika Music is What Lies at the End from Fire Emblem Echoes - Time to double Gray's stats! Eliwood provides Bonus Double, Azura for Gray Waves and Eirika for buffs when Gray isn't in Atk Tactic range. - The key thing was defeating that darn green Lull Spd mage early on. Atk Smoke gives Gray more bulk as he gets the solo stat buffs thanks to his prf. Unfortunately the support team is a bit too far away for this to be a true solo, but hey everyone got to go into battle so it was a team effort. Eirika's Restore was also a key component against the Panic Smoke thief which counters Bonus Double strats.
  10. @Maaka Oooh quad Bartre is fun! Peri's cav move really helped out here. @BoaFerox Neat Itsuki solo! I need to think of a theme to add him, I need to use him more lol. @Diovani Bressan Bonus Double Kid Merric sure dominated! Also nice to see Xander use, he did great against Grima. Good thing Corrin didn't have DC as well, so Robin can take the other avatar out. @Alexmender RIP Pulse Smoke but hey Eirika handled things easily. Yeah Odin's damage is still eh but support capabilities are nice, and they work well with Laslow. @SatsumaFSoysoy Fun clear! It helps that Altina isn't weak to arrows. Nagi's amazing to tank that Dragonslasher dagger. Naga's anti-dragon support also helped put those dragons in their place. Yeah no Anankos yet (or Lilith) but I guess I could use a certain geezer. Ohhh i should have used the Hidden Truths music! Oh well, I needed the ranged chipping anyway. @Landmaster Wow, Nowi prevented that dagger from doubling! Great tanking strats! We need pigtails accessories so Nowi can be an official Elise! @Zeo @mampfoid @DLNarshen Did another clear but was too busy at work at the time to post. Team is +Spd/-HP Ophelia, +Atk/-HP Winter Lissa, +Atk/-Res Soleil and +Spd/-Def Performing Olivia Music is Diamond Dust from the King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match - Since this BHB is a mixed game, I wanted to make a team of units that are related to each other despite being in different games- so have Olivia and Lissa joining forces with their granddaughters to beat fallen dragons. - Soleil's Firesweep is great at ignoring Grima's 'mighty' attacks, but she needed Ophelia's Rally to get enough damage. Drag Back also helps in this kind of map. She did need Drive Def/Distant Guard from the 'grandmas' to survive the Spendthrift Bow archer. - Aside from Drive Def support, W!Lissa made for a nice counter for the speedy blue dagger. - Ophelia needed as much damage as possible against Corrin but there weren't enough tomes for the usual AoE shenanigans so Glimmer had to do (plus she gets to say her special lines). Fanlivia's Dance support really was needed to tackle Corrin ASAP. Speaking of, Ophelia needed to distract the cleric for a bit because if she's too near she can attack Soleil's low health. - Fanlivia finisher to flex and because I love her art/lines. Also once again, Ophelia's Rally really helped. Was also trying to do a Morgan and Kana clear but things were hectic that week and it was pretty tricky. Maybe in the rerun.
  11. @Zeo @mampfoid @BoaFerox @daisy jane @Landmaster @SatsumaFSoysoy @Alexmender @DLNarshen @Maaka Had a pretty busy couple of weeks so a bit late sharing this. Did a fun Astra(m) Emblem clear. Team is neutral Astram, +Atk +1 Naga, neutral Altina and +Spd/-Res Larcei. Music is KD-0063 from the King of Fighters XIII - Astram recruits the two Astra Mythics and Larcei, the Regnal Astra user to beat his GHB. A little bit tricky having 3 red swords in the team, but Mercurius is great support for Altina's true brave prf and Larcei's blistering Spd and Repel combo. - That said, blue units stop the swordies, esepcially the Vanguard tin can. Thankfully Naga stepped up in the second half, although she did need some help herself with a few extra stats. Divine Fang + her prf helped add those stats at least. (Yes I forgot/was lazy about changing her AR-O skill)
  12. @Zeo Apologies the lateness, been hectic lately. (also RIP losing the draft again). First of all love the music overall, I hear a few AoT tracks there! Ostia clear was perfect teamwork. I forgot Vantage was an option for H!Hector, I should use that. I love how he was Knocked back to Edelgard's range but then bam! Vantage effective damage! Also nice Atk Wave on Serra for a crucial kill. Nino obliterated her enemies in that Abyssal. 160 Astra damage was satisfying against that Guard Axe armour. I liked how Eliwood had the honour of the final blow. Love the use of Barricades in the 3rd clear. I like how most of the team held their ground in the middle of the map for most of it. Creative solution on that Miracle dagger! Ah good old beaming Morgan clear. Was scared when Priscilla felt trapped for a bit. Edie took a while to whittle down but having Ninian/Priscilla helps. Loving the amount of specials in the Ross clear! No need for healers here. Very epic, loving the Ross...err...love. Also jealous of your Nephenee. Edelgard going down early was refreshing. Probably my favourite. As for replying to your comments- at that point Edelgard's Brazen skyrocketed her Def so the armorslayer prioritised taking no damage and Rallying lol (and also Svalinn Shield). It was a lucky turn at least lol.
  13. @Landmaster @Zeo @daisy jane @Diovani Bressan Ok. Mythic banner is here. I was saving for L!Leif, been failing to get him. Mila is an added bonus, I like her and she makes colourless excellent in this banner. Would also like a Forrest at some point and a +Atk/+Spd Brady maybe. Had 190 orbs on my main which is a record, and about 136 orbs on second account. Went with second account first. Had just enough for new hero spark but I've been saving for so long and I needed a win after a tough week. Free summon was a Klein, and then the second colourless? +Spd/-HP Mila. Wow that was fast! Unfortunate combo but hey I wanted her, and kind of fitting she is in the account with Brave/Legendary Celica. Can also finish my Earth theme team I had in mind. Really great result, considering this account had less orbs. Thought I'd try my main account next. Unfortunately, it took so much longer to even fish out a focus unit- there were too many single colourless circles and I passed the 10%. Ended up with a dupe +Atk/-Def L!Alm in the end. Already had a +Spd +1, but now I'm getting indecisive about the boon. No more colourless but there was another green with a high rate, my current Annette is +Spd/-Atk so I dared to try and... I managed to get a merge! +Atk/-Spd Annette! Opposite IVs funnily enough...I think her superboon makes this a bit better? Tried blue to fix L!lucina's -Atk but was just Mathilda. I had about 70 orbs left and I really wanted a non-dupe so my impatience got the better of me. Before I knew it, I had 17 orbs left and with one last try, I got two colourless. First one was +Def/-Spd L!Leif!!!! FINALLY. Ironically the other colourless was Nanna, which is fitting. Kind of sucks it took pretty much my whole stash but I haven't done some quests yet or Astram's GHB. At least I got my first Forrest, although he was +Def/-Res. Got a few Bradys in a row but no Spd/Atk.... still an overall win. Then I went back to try for Leif on my second account again. It took 92 orbs..... but I got L!Leif as well! +Spd/-Atk L!Leif though lol, but hey the Leonster family is fully complete now. Had 44 orbs left but this account had a better position than my main orbs wise. And got some Sothes which I was running low on. Funny how both Mila and Leif got a boon on their dump stats heh. Overall a success in the end. Kind of sucks to not have that cushion for the new heroes so I reaaaaallly wish it's not someone I want. At least I don't need to save for Mythics anytime soon (maybe Bramimond but not a high priority). And hey now I can use Leif to farm CCs and get more orbs in return for the investment. I wonder if I can get to at least 100 within a week... @SockPuppet Wow congrats on those fast 5 stars!
  14. @Landmaster Ooo nice golden lord! The stars fit his theme. @Zeo Congrats on the Fallen Ike! Debuff reverse is fun, and Repel is always nice when you have it. @daisy jane @BoaFerox So had a really rough week last week of very late nights with back-to-back jobs, quite behind on a lot of thing. At one point was awake for 23 hours...but within those hours there was at least one silver lining. Bride banner dropped and was so happy about Oboro finally getting an alt so I decided to summon a full circle. No reds on first one so I tried again to cheer me up- and the first red orb was a +Atk/-Def Bride Oboro! So glad to have a fast and hard-hitting version of her (superboon and in the top 3 of sword Atk?)- I'm just glad a casual snipe gave her, she as great art. And now there's tickets. I read about the warning how the rerun banner still has old 5 stars (which make sense but I didn't think of it at first) and who do I get in my 3rd ticket? +Spd/-Def Mist lol. You know what, that's fine, she's new and that's not a bad boon/bane combo and she was free anyway. Crossing off another unit in the collector's list.
  15. @Anacybele It was actually pretty hard for me too and there's lots of trial and error involved with it, I had to keep changing strategies (lots of seal shuffling, was forced to upgrade skills i never thought i’d do) and had to do uncommon things that I wouldn't do in other modes, like changing Aether to Luna just to see if things work. At least with GHBs you can try again and again (to be fair though I spent way too long on this) but at least your merged units would be better for arena and modes like that! I have trouble in PvP modes with some super-merged units but with this game it's just about getting the right skills/having a good team, knowing your unit's strengths/limits and having some knowledge of the AI. At the very least, if you enjoy completing your favourites that should be good, hope you can improve more than you already have!
  16. @Zeo @mampfoid @Ginko @daisy jane @DarkAlf @BoaFerox @DLNarshen @Diovani Bressan Saizo too strong. What infinite special? @Maaka Quadding Florina is just so fun to see. Bartre took a big hit but his furious muscles are too strong. @Alexmender Nice cheap Soren there, similar to mine heh. Always great to see some Young Ike use! Nice setup with Tibarn for the final Ike finisher. @Landmaster Nice music track. Elise sure showed who was the better green blade mage, although 1 HP was close. Ashnard must've be embarrassed to lose to a staff unit. @Anacybele Well speaking of Ikes.. Team is +Spd +1 Ike, +HP/-Spd Brave Ike, neutral Legendary Ike and +HP/-Def Fallen Ike Music is To Challenge Ashnard from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance - Fallen Ike a beast. Even when crazed, being next to himself (?) powers him up, thank to turning debuffs from being adjacent into buffs. He also needed some Def/Res Bond and buffs from Close Guard to help tank Ashnard's special though. - Talking about another monster, B!Ike's Urvan refine is really crazy. He was MVP especially against the blues that the Ragnell wielding Ikes couldn't handle very well. - Shout out to Young Ike (Y!Ike?) finishing off the lancer with Luna though (1 non-special damage makes me sad). You thought Fallen Ike will finish off Fallen Ashnard? Well L!Ike is here to do the job, fittingly enough showing that heroic ideals win the day --- And now for a contrasting theme, it's some Black Knights against Ashnard! Team is neutral +1 Black Knight, +Atk +1 Zelgius, +Atk +1 Ares and neutral Camus Music is Against the Black Knight from Fire Emblem Path of Radiance - The Black Knight recruits fellow black knights to battle the Daien ruler. Having 3 red units, with 2 of them being armoured was pretty tricky so Camus had to be in charge with tanking blues while Ares did the heavy lifting with Bonfire proc trains. Even then, a lot of Spurs and Drives were needed to either survive or do just enough damage. - Being the only blue, Camus was the best unit to take a hit from the blue enemies, especially since the armoured black knights take heavy damage straight away (darn armour-effective lance!). QR was needed to do as much damage to the infantry lance, softening him up for Ares. - Since the BKs trade hits straight away, I had to use low HP skills to make sure they're not complete deadweights later. Vantage Black Luna from the OG BK deletes the green mage in a blink of an eye, while Zelgius swaps Warp Powder with Escape Route to both manipulate the AI and to provide Spur Atk/Close Guard buffs to the team. BK also provides Atk/Def buffs but Zelgius's warping also allows for a Swap + Warp combo. - While double Brazen Atk/Def Ares is a monster, he just falls short of KOing Ashnard or the blue units without support. In fact, I had to rely on Camus with Def buffs to tank and soften Ashnard- even then I had to wait out several turns for Renewal to heal Camus back up to full (Gradivus refine when). ---- Going back to Tellius, here is a fun one with some seasonal Tellius girls Team is neutral Valentine Titania, +Spd/-Def Valentine Mist, +Def/-Atk Soiree Nephenne and +Def/-HP Dancer Elincia Music is Decisive Attack from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance - Bladetomes are everything. I wanted to use seasonal Mist, Elincia and Titania in a clear and I realised I can make a full team. Tellius seasonal girls sure have high quality art! Now they can beat the Mad King with the power of seasonal joy! - Sudden Panic? Meet Tactics! Helps that Nephenee already has Spd Tactic in her kit. V!Titania just needed a simple Atk +1 to completely finish off the Red fox tome flier. Just wish the dancers attacked more since I love their art. ---- And lastly here are some Tellius rulers against the Mad King from Daein. Team is +Atk/-Def Caineghis, neutral Brave Micaiah, +Atk +1 Elincia and +HP/-Def Sanaki Music is Ascent from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn - Pretty straightforward, just needed Close Def and Micaiah's Sacrifice on Caineghis so he has enough HP against Ashnard and Elincia needed more speed against the red mage flier so Spd Smoke helped with that. And yes I get the irony with most of the team being playable only in Radiant Dawn
  17. @Anacybele the Resistance from Berkut's (or Barrier) Lance is the key for this one I'm afraid. Even then Silas is prone to being doubled, and that gronnblade mage is a bit annoying, so I needed the Panic penalty from Iago's tome. Silas also needed Distant Defense to survive Saias's Glacies, and Brazen Def/Res just ups his overall survivability when he gets damaged (the +7 stacking with Berkut's Lance really helps). He needed Drive Spd and Spd Tactic from Camilla/Azura to double the green mage in player phase, and some healing from Camilla to take on the Ridersbane armour. A lot of team support actually but if you can find the perfect teammates with perfect skill/seals support it will help.
  18. Since the Saias LHB wanted Fates units, decided to try and do an updated assisted solo with some new skills/seals I've gotten since the rerun @SatsumaFSoysoy @Alexmender @Zeo @Landmaster @Anacybele @Ginko @mampfoid @daisy jane @DLNarshen @Diovani Bressan Another great Saizo showcase, bet Saias regretted his Tactics.
  19. @Zeo @Diovani Bressan @DarkAlf @mampfoid @Alexmender @SatsumaFSoysoy @Maaka @Landmaster @Ginko Team is +Spd/-Res Odin, +Atk/-Res Laslow, +Atk/-Res Selena an +HP/-Def Rhajat Music is Conquest (Flames) from Fire Emblem Warriors - So a crossover of Awakening and Fates? Well why don't we take the characters associated with those two world, either from actually crossing the worlds (Awakening Trio) or being a expy-...errr reference to another character (Rhajat). - Laslow and Odin make a great team with the Link effects of their weapons. Laslow's doubles are a lifesaver when almost being cornered. Selena has the most important assist skill Reposition, but also is a hard counter to the dreaded Grima that they defeated before. Rhajat mostly used her dark magic to apply some poison to Corrin's stomachache until Odin can finish the job. @Diovani Bressan Nice videos, haven't seen Xander and Male Robin action in a while (take that colourless Corrin). Also supersonic Merric sure is a speedy little monster.
  20. @Zeo Awww, sorry to hear gacha not playing too nice. I had that same Julia at first, but you never know, sometimes that weird boon will let her live a surprise bow attack or something. I just slap QR on her anyway for faster mages. Shame about the powercreep units, but hey as long as they can still do the job, Reinhardt's extra move is still quite useful when you really want to kill a mage ASAP (he's my go to against Bramimond). Myrrh's Def check suffers a bit nowadays but her Res-based attacks + QR are still good for things like Berkut's Lance armours. Oh and even without DC, tanking Ishtar/Tailtiu and preventing their doubles are always satisfying Hope you get better luck on the next banner you commit to!
  21. Got nothing from the tickets on my main account, even if I did end up pulling the last circle because I wanted Flora/Lukas as characters. That said, I did end up with +Atk/-Def Alm on the second red orb! On the opposite end of the spectrum, while I did get two 5 stars from tickets on my second account, I didn't get any Echoes character from the revival. I got a good consolation prize of my first Forrest however, with a workable +Atk/-Res at 3 star
  22. @Zeo @daisy jane @Landmaster Wanted greens for Lyon. Got a +Def/-Atk PegaNino on my main on the second ticket, which is neat since I didn't have her. Unfortunate bane but at least I have her. Then on my last ticket I got +HP/-Def Fallen Ike! Opened like 8 orbs worth of greens but at least I got some free 5 stars lol. None on my second but I got Reposition with Barst so till great! Good session overall.
  23. @Zeo Congratulations on Larum! Colourless still likes you, congrats on getting the rarest unit in the game for the Herodex lol Also even more importantly, happy birthday! edit: so I decided to summon again on legendary since I wanted a new unit for my second instead of Nagi. Used up 65 orbs but I got +Res/-Def Legendary Celica on a 4 green circle! Ticked off that list, now Alm has his partner. Then did a YOLO on Kid banner for Marth, and got a 4 star +Atk/-Res Kid Marth! Finally, something nice and quick for a change. On my main I dumped 31 orbs trying to fish for HB4 or Celica but nothing, oh well. Tried kid banner as well and got Atk/-Def Kid Marth (and the other red was a +Res/Atk Raigh blegh). Not as great of a bane but hey at least I'm done with it quickly as well, with a comfortable 100 orb stash, I think I decided not to do the guaranteed pull on the Fallen banner anyway. oh and yesterday i pulled +Def/-HP Male Byleth on a ticket
  24. @Alexmender Ooooh, lovely GF action there! I'm sure @mampfoid would be proud. Good to know that Gleipnir refine helped out after all. Gotta take any stats you can for Abyssal I suppose, some nice warping action in the clear as well! @Diovani Bressan Phew, Kid Marth is a monster, especially doing ju L!Celica shows t enough damage on Edelgard! @Maaka Wow, Armourslaying S!Bartre sure was satisfying! QuadFlorina makes a return! @Landmaster Dagger Elise showing Edie she has the better Leia buns in Feh! Well-timed Miracles save OG Elise yet again and blue Elise sure did a fair share of work there! @SatsumaFSoysoy Ahh, good to see armorsmashing B!Celica in action. L!Celica shows why she's a great unit to be with Edie's banner. Veronica support is always great to swing the stats to your team's favour. @DLNarshen Wow, what a masterful Seliph play! Taking 0 damage even with 1 health was breathtaking, and of course the Vantage play against Edelgard was perfect. Julia is no slouch either and there are plenty of dragons for her to slay. A fabulous debut for Spring Narcian as well, channeling his inner-Seliph to spring a miracle near the end against the dragon very unforgettable! Perfect Nanna accessory there (hiding the feather behind her hair that always annoyed me lol). @Zeo @daisy jane @Ginko Now here are my videos, complete with new thumbnails since i had a neat idea for these (and was dissatisfied when Youtube shows me generic enemies for those). Firstly is an obligatory Flame Emperors vs. L!Edelgard clear! Team is neutral Flame Emperor, neutral Arvis, +Res/-Spd Surtr and +Def/-Res Legendary Edelgard Music is Between Heaven and Earth from Fire Emblem Three Houses -Now that L!Edelgard is here, the rulers of flame from all the realms have assembled! That said, this map wasn't going to be easy with 3 axe armours and one annoying Armoursmasher sword cav, so Edelgard herself had to equip Svalinn Shield straight away. Even then, she needed the help of her Def boon, Surtr's Close Guard and FE's Ward Armour to preserve as much health, and the Brazen Atk/Def seal to survive close combat fights. It was thanks to that swordie's Fury recoil that Edelgard could even exactly KO that horsie! -Besides Edelgard's Armored Stride GF conquest, Arvis was the other key MVP in this map. The key was Escape Route (which worked well with his Fury) and Poison Strike to help whittle down some of the speedy/bulky units like the dragons. Of course Surtr also helped with Surtr's Menace, but Arvis's warping fire magic was the fastest way to deal with Edelgard's defenses. Normally I don't usually use Escape Route shenanigans until it was a last resort but boy did the map layout and Edelgard's movement kept things at a timer. -The real final boss however is the darn NFU red dragon, which breaks through Wary Fighter. Past attempts show that if FE's Ignis cooldown is 1 or less (and if the red dragon had Arvis's chip damage) then FE can KO back with Bignis, but I forgot how to exactly recreate the final stage of the map with those last 3 enemies so I had to improvise multiple times. Not easy not having a blue unit against those red enemies! -- And for the second video, have a more traditional Three Houses clear with Byleth (with Sothis) and his Blue Lions students! Team is +Spd/-Res Male Byleth, +Atk/-Res Sothis, +Spd/-Def Annette and +Spd +1 Mercedes Music is Chasing Daybreak from Fire Emblem Three Houses - So I don't have Dimitri Somehow Byleth and his Blue Lions travel to the future to fight against L!Edelgard. Sothis powers I guess, because now she joins them in their excursion in time. - Can I just say I love how Mercedes's base skills worked really well here. Gravity was the perfect staff to slow down Edelgard's Stride powers (and boy did she need to slow down since I had a dragon and some frail Blue Lions girls). Odd Res Wave helped Sothis survived the first turn encounter on the right side (Mirror Stance because she would leave swordie with 1 HP). On the other side, Byleth's Odd Spd Wave helped give Annette enough speed to double the blue manakete in the first turn. - That said, Mercedes's weakness was she wasn't on a horse, so she had to rely on Escape Route for an alternate WoM Mercie build. Also with her best friend Annette's Rally Atk/Spd+ and Drive Atk support she dealt with the blue mage/brave sword easily. Then she would be in warping heal/Gravity mode for the (unfortunately long) last half of the map. In fact, the only way she could damage Edelgard was with Annette's Rally + Ruse, so Blue Lions BFF power go! - Sothis's Sirius allowed her to solo most of the right side early on, then she became bait for Edelgard running around in circles. Boyleth provided some nice cornered attacks at the start, then proceeded to charge his special for the perfect finish against Edelgard (although just enough!)
  25. @Zeo Personally i'm leaning more towards +Atk, though it's a tough choice. Can be a little bit annoying to be off by a few Hit Points during EP, and while tanking with 41 Def is nice, denying doubles is also a good effect that I rather just do more damage. Either way you can make up for it with Bonus Doubler if you keep that (though she's not suited for AR). Def may be useful for maps with many enemies like LHBs but if you're gonna use her for something like AA, faster kills are better. As for -Res, you can always just choose your battles wisely in AA. So uhh, this might be a stupid question but is it worth giving Edelgard DC if I'm going Galeforce for her? I think she could be a missing green link for my arena team so the score part makes sense, but i'm not sure if I'd rather use my only spare Lector (DC + VF) or just regular Hector (DC + Goad) if I'm barely going to use VF/Goad. Although I guess I have more normal Hectors so that might be a better option. Or would Heavy Blade from Jamke be better for pure GF (no I don't have spare orbs to try for HB4). She's +Def/-Res so not the best for DC tanking against mages. Also +Spd on G!Frima or +Res superboon? +Atk or +Spd Rath? +Atk Altena or +Def superasset?
