  1. To be specific, if Naglfar is part of a 4-man scumteam and slipped, then forcing us into a 1v1 trade by way of mayor fakeclaim would actually be a huge boon to him, since it'd put us in potential LYLO. I'm thinking we go with Paper's plan and chance the No Lynch, if everybody can be on in time to organize it. I'd personally have Naglfar vote Psych/Core over Strawman, since I really haven't found Strawman as objectionable as everybody has been saying he is. ##Unvote Snike still needs to pop up and say something.
  2. I would presume this would be for the same reason nobody just calls the Town Doctor a "Town Guy Who Stops Kills At Night". Also, I'm feeling pretty paranoid about Naglfar's claim, since a doublevoter fakeclaim could actually screw with town quite a bit and perhaps even force a 1v1 trade given the game mechanics. I'm honestly not sure what we should do, and the slip about there being 4 scum is pretty suspicious as well.
  3. I can see you viewing this thread but not posting.
  4. Aaaaand that's faux-L-1. Nagl, claim please.
  5. Ah hell, my gut keeps telling me to do this anyway, and I pretty much trust both Paperblade and Levity at this point of the game, so I might as well go ahead and switch early. ##Unvote ##Vote Naglfar for wagon SWING! I feel good about this wagon. I think that if a theoretical scum!Core wanted to start a counterwagon to himself, he would have gunned for Strawman and not Naglfar (unless Strawman/Core are buddies or something, but I strongly doubt that given D1 and D2 interactions between the two player slots). I would still like to hear Balcerzak's opinion, though. It's been a while since he last posted.
  6. Results of D1 re-read: - We know that JB's third vote on Kevin's ED1 wagon was a scum push. Naglfar's vote, the fourth vote on the wagon, came a few posts later. Do you think a JB/Naglfar/X scumteam or even a JB/Naglfar scumteam would be that eager to push Kevin as a lynch? At the moment, I'm reading this interaction as null, but I find it interesting. - Dislike this Naglfar post because of the waffly interaction with Levity. Saying "Yeah, that looks bad, but it's okay because you think I'm town and I'm totally town" looks like an attempt to win points with another player in terms of townieness, and it's rather disconcerting. - Speaking of which, this following post is odd for a similiar reason. If you're getting attacked as town, the best thign to do is find somebody scummier than you as a better lynch target. I think it looks off that Naglfar tried to pass off folding to pressure and making an empty unvote as pro-town. - Tables' D1 is difficult to re-read because he wasn't around for half of it and hadn't interacted with any flipped players. <_< General stuff: - Is it just me or are Kevin and Kay doing way too little now that they have the amount of town passes they've been getting as a result of JB's flip? It's rather disappointing. - Likewise, Snike and Strawman need to get in here and post some :words: again, Snike moreso. I honestly am tempted to sheep you guys on the Naglfar wagon, but would first like to hear what Balcerzak thinks about the Nurse claim, given that he knows eclipse's role, as well as the rest of the roles in the game.
  7. :/ I'm getting good vibes from Core's recent posts, as terrible as Psych was. I think I need to re-read.
  8. I'd definitely join this (as inexperienced if OC, as vet if NOC). I think you should probably shoot for at least 9 player slots, though. 18 people is pretty steep, but set-ups with less than 9 players tend to end up being forced to have silly things like only one scum or potential LYLO on D2 (or even D1).
  9. Hmm. That post you pointed out did bug me when I read it, not because of the double standard so much as because he was pressing a guy with 4 votes to claim early in the day over a lurker pressure pile-up. However, Psych kind of distracted me, which made me forget to actually look at Nagl in-depth. I guess I should do that after this post. I still feel Psycore is a good lynch since I trust eclipse, but... you are making me worry about Nagl a lot again. Notably, it feels like he's kind of had less of a presence in the day every since the Psych wagon started up. Also, Levity and Kevin aren't voting either.
  10. I don't think Kay is scum based on interactions with JB. I'm not seeing what's wrong with Paperblade either. You don't need to write huge walls of text for your opinion to count.
  11. The best thing you could really do at this point if you're town would be to find us a better lynch target than yourself.
  12. So it's been about an hour. Are we just going to waste the extension or something? I think ProtoKay should grace us with their presence again, now that there's extra time left in the day.
  13. I don't know what to think right now, since Core hasn't really posted anything new yet. However, getting a replacement doesn't change the actions of your past selves, so I don't see a real reason to unvote him.
  14. That's just how ninjas work in general, though, so it'd make sense to mention both. The other way could lead to scum accidentally obtaining a guaranteed fakeclaim they're not supposed to have. Although I thought it was more like "you can not be seen by trackers and watchers", meaning that watchers can still target ninjas at night, just not see them kill a watch target.
  15. Also, I kind of doubt we have both a watcher and a tracker, to be honest. Like, if somebody flipped an unmodified Watcher, I would assume that there is no Tracker in the set-up.
  16. ...where was it implied that we have a doc? I mean, the cop claimed, and there's definitely a tracker or watcher (or tracker/watcher!) somewhere, but I don't recall any mention of a doc.
  17. I breadcrumbed my town scan on Strawman pretty hard but nobody noticed it. >:
  18. ...why would you say this in-thread. :i Given that eclipse already "counterclaimed" (using quotations because it wasn't a true counterclaim) a backup role who went on to flip scum, I'm assuming Psych is probably indeed scum. If this is true, then I'm just going to drop the eclipse case from earlier, because I doubt the scumteam's gameplan consists of "claim backup under pressure so that your buddy can counterclaim and bus you, nevermind the possibility of there being a real backup". That would be pretty silly. If Bal is around, then I'd like to know what he thinks about Psych's claim given what he knows about eclipse's role (without revealing anything, obviously).
  19. It should be noted that the Psych wagon consists entirely of people who I have generally regarded as town today. This scares me in the event he flips town. <_<
  20. Also, pretty sure votals are something like this. Psych (5): Balcerzak, Prims, Levity, Kevin, Strawman Strawman (3): Snike, Naglfar, eclipse Levity (1): Psych Naglfar (1): Paperblade Not Voting: ProtoKay If this game had hammers then Psych would be at L-1. He should probably consider claiming after we hear from ProtoKay, seeing as the day is running out of time.
  21. I voted Psych before Levity did, and my reasons... weren't really following hers at all. I'm not sure how you'd get that impression. I'm really dissatisfied with Psych's content. He's being tunnelly and evasive and is avoiding commenting on the actual likely targets today (such as Strawman). I thought my opinions on him have been pretty clear.
  22. How about you tell us who you'd want lynched if Levity and I were suddenly dayvigged and both flipped town instead of responding to every accusation with deflection and evasive bullshit?
  23. You have to realize that Levity and I aren't getting lynched today. You are the only person who suspects us. It's just not reasonably a thing that's going to happen, unless scum has a lynch redirector or something equally insane. With this in mind, what are your opinions on the players who actually have a chance of dying at the end of the cycle? You know, Strawman, Naglfar, etc. People who actually have votes from other players on them. It shouldn't be this hard to get somebody to give opinions on the day's more polarizing players. Are you just trying to avoid being tied to any potential townflips?
  24. Hey, I'm talking. It's just that nobody else is. <_<
