I already have ideas of what it would be base off, stats, abilities, way to evolve Eevee into it, etc. We also never had a mix attacker, a poison type would be perfect for this (and we don't have any ''vicious design'' for any of them yet). I think 60/130/65/110/65/95 is what I would want out of a Dragon Eeveelution. Plus every Eeveelution is a special type, (Fairy wasn't around then, but let's be honest, it would've been special) so if we're keeping with that, only Dragon is left.
