I think they use less water, so it saves a bit in that regard, assuming you can actually use it. Once I had my gender as female for a few months. I could probably write my own name (since it's has the same number like my username) but if someone has 4 letters or more, it's kinda impossible unless you drank like 4 whole water bottles in less than 1 hour.
